"Airsoft Atlanta is awesome the only reson people complain is because they think airsoft guns are cheap and crappy. but really to get a good gun u gotta spend over $100 atleast. but thats everywhere not just aa. ill defeintley go back"

"No crazy specials or tacky promotions, just a great website, awesome inventory, and consistent service. I've order three times from them and have gotten a tracking number the same day and everything arrived perfectly. "

"Great store, great prices, speedy processing, friendly service. I see a ton of complaints of broken guns, well that is the manufacturers fault and while yes maybe AA could have helped a little better it's because you bought a shit gun, when you spend under $200 for a gun and it's broken in a week don't wonder why. I have had nothing but great service from Airsoft Atlanta for about 10 years now."

"I ordered quite a few things for my Nephew for Christmas from them. The Biggest problem I have is them not trying to resolve a problem. The gun we ordered did not work. We tried some trouble-shooting ideas but they would not fix the problem. I talked to them about exchanging it for another one but John the customer service manager would not do it. He would not do anything. They say they have a 7 day return policy. I asked to speak to the owner and he said, "Thats not gonna happen." He said there was no manufacture's warranty on there guns and I was out of luck. I will never order from them again. It's bad business to be rude and not stand by your products."

"This store is awful. Their return policy is all sales are final! We ordered a gun online. It came with a battery that did not work. When we took it back to the store, the clerk said the battery would not work and CONNED me into buying another battery that would work. When the gun malfunctioned and we again took it back, they said that the gun was fine and could not help me. I know now why they don't accept returns: with the junk they sell if they did accept returns, they would go out of business. This store is a sad excuse. I have contacted my credit card company to get my money back and report this store. Buyers beware, save your money and buy elsewhere because customer service is not Airsoft Atlanta's most remote priority.

"Airsoft Atlanta is an excellent online airsoft store. The prices are mostly competitive (there are some products which can be found slightly cheaper on other websites, but the opposite applies). The quality of products is top-notch. I ordered over $200 worth of supplies, including targets, a spring pistol, and a spring sniper rifle bundle. Everything came packaged nicely and shipped from Georgia on a Monday and arrived at my door Wednesday evening in New Jersey.

I should note that the scope included with my Sniper Rifle had a slightly frayed Cross Hair Wire. I promptly called Airsoft Atlanta to setup a return and replacement, and was surprised to learn that AA was willing to just send me a brand new replacement scope, no questions asked. Very good customer service, and the new scope was shipped out for me the same day this issue was brought up.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Airsoft Atlanta for all your airsoft purchases. The prices are competitive with all the other big Airsoft online retailers, and unlike some of the other sites, you do not have to worry about getting a lemon, refurbished product, or incorrect shipment from AA.

"The prices are a bit higher then some other high quality online airsoft stores. But because they are based in the US, everything arrives quite a bit quicker then stores based in Japan. I did buy bb's from them once just becuase I was placing an order with them for something else and I needed them, but I don't think I'll do that again. They really do over charge for bb's but I do have to admit their Inertia brand is pretty high grade and never had a jam with them.

Most of my orders from them come within 3 days of placing the order, without requesting the rush delivery.

Overall, they are a good company and will place more orders through them when I need things in a hurry."

"Prices here aren't the best, but they have a huge selection with extremely fast shipping and a very easy to use site. Will definitely be ordering from them in the future."

"It was OK, they aren't very friendly, but they sure process their orders quickly. They aren't the cheapest either, but again, they process orders quickly!

If I was not in a rush, I wouldn't buy from them."
