I got it a week after I ordered it as they stated in their website (5 buisness days for shipping) cuz I live in southern California. I also ordered a CA33E for a friend and so far its been fine, no problems. Although they did require phone confirmation for the order. It also took them about 32 hours before they sent they sent it to UPS though it didn\u0027t matter in the end. It came with a battery that did not work. When we took it back to the store, the clerk said the battery would not work and CONNED me into buying another battery that would work. When the gun malfunctioned and we again took it back, they said that the gun was fine and could not help me. I know now why they don\u0027t accept returns: with the junk they sell if they did accept returns, they would go out of business. This store is a sad excuse. I have contacted my credit card company to get my money back and report this store. The prices are mostly competitive (there are some products which can be found slightly cheaper on other websites, but the opposite applies). The quality of products is top-notch. I ordered over $200 worth of supplies, including targets, a spring pistol, and a spring sniper rifle bundle. Everything came packaged nicely and shipped from Georgia on a Monday and arrived at my door Wednesday evening in New Jersey.<br><br>I should note that the scope included with my Sniper Rifle had a slightly frayed Cross Hair Wire. I promptly called Airsoft Atlanta to setup a return and replacement, and was surprised to learn that AA was willing to just send me a brand new replacement scope, no questions asked. Very good customer service, and the new scope was shipped out for me the same day this issue was brought up.<br><br>In conclusion, I highly recommend Airsoft Atlanta for all your airsoft purchases. But because they are based in the US, everything arrives quite a bit quicker then stores based in Japan. I did buy bb\u0027s from them once just becuase I was placing an order with them for something else and I needed them, but I don\u0027t think I\u0027ll do that again. "I ordered quite a few things for my Nephew for Christmas from them. The Biggest problem I have is them not trying to resolve a problem. The gun we ordered did not work. We tried some trouble-shooting ideas but they would not fix the problem. I talked to them about exchanging it for another one but John the customer service manager would not do it. He would not do anything. They say they have a 7 day return policy. I asked to speak to the owner and he said, "Thats not gonna happen." He said there was no manufacture's warranty on there guns and I was out of luck. I will never order from them again. It's bad business to be rude and not stand by your products."
