The goggles I bought were clearly scuffed up, with circular scratch marks indicative of prior use\/wiping. The goggles cost $13. AirsoftRC would require that I pay to ship the item back, for a refund. The shipping cost is comparable to the potential refund. So the decision I'm left with is, spend $13 and have nothing, or spend $13 and have some used goggles to donate to a local airsoft field. Customer service had ample opportunity to correct the issue but seemed completely unconcerned, despite the photo and video I sent them of the product and its obvious "used" condition. I would not ever recommend buying anything from AirsoftRC, and would in fact strongly advise against it. They are rip-off artists from what I can see. Also it should be noted that within the package, in leu of packing material, was an offer...
