"What an awful company. After over 1 month filters still not received. Customer service rep rude and unhelpful. Have had to file a chargeback claim to get my money back. Would absolutely not recommend doing business with this company."

"Liars! They are not delivered! It has been a couple of weeks...you have so many bad reviews...what is the problem?

WHY NO PHONE NUMBER? and, NO RESPONSE? THEY HAD MY MONEY RIGHT

AWAY...NOW WHERE ARE THEY...,NO MORE USING OUR MONEY TO BUILD

YOUR BUSINESS WHILE WE ALL WAIT FOR OUR PRODUCTS.

I want my money back! I wrote an email, and have already bought filters somewhere else.

18 Days...Rediculous...
Well...they called and woke me up at 5:40am...to apologize, so considerate!! They have also sent me an email saying they shipped my filters on the 7th of January...I ordered them three weeks previous to that date and they will not give me their phone number...so I can call and wake them up at 5:40am
NOT A GOOD COMPANY, TAKES YOUR MONEY FAST THOUGH."

"I have previously ordered from a firm in Houston. Each time the price went up and took nearly a month to receive the filters. I found the name of Air Filters Delivered on the internet. An order placed for four 20 X 22 pleated filters arrived in a week with a savings of $100 equal in quality to what I had been buying. I will be re-ordering from this firm."

"I ordered 3 reuseable air filters to put into the return air registers in our house. Custom fit built to fit the available area. They were dead spot on as to the size I ordered, absolutely perfect. I did this to help catch pooch hair from getting to the main filters, this is working great. Weekly we run the vac over the outside of the grills then once a month I take them out and clean off with a vac and then wash out the residual stuff with a water hose and a bit of soap. This also has an added benefit that the main filters stay clean much longer, I was changing them bi-monthly and after having these new filters it has been about 4 maybe 5 months and havent had to change them yet. I am going to order another set of reusables to have on hand for when these do finally become no longer servicable. When I run out of the current supply of main filters I will bump up the merv rating (cost is why I havent yet) to the highest level. Thanks Guys it is a wonderful product. "

I found ordering on line from your web page easy to follow and accomplish. The entire transaction from web page to delivery was smooth, easy and handled in a professional and timely fashion. I also appreciated one stop shoping for all our filter needs. Your prices are competitive, and delivery is prompt. I feel no need to seek another supplier.

"I learned by accident that they have a $31 mark up on each air filter that costs them $16.95. When I questioned this, I was told its a processing fee. Really? Took 3 weeks to get the entire order. Shortly after I ordered, the same filter went on sale - they won't match their own sale price. Bad experience all around. "

“I would like to first apologize for the inconvenience and troubles the ordering process has caused you and assure you action has been taken to address the manner in which you were responded by our customer service agents. I researched your order and unfortunately,our Honeywell Whole House filters are a product which at the time of your order was not being manufactured in-house. As such these were sourced from a distributor. As your shipment was partially shipped, our distributor packed our invoice in your box showing our purchase price per filter. This is distributor sell price and is not a sell price available to consumers. Our sell price is listed to incorporate all costs associated with the handling of the product, operational costs, customer support and shipping costs. Since then, and around the same time frame, we began to manufacture most Whole-House air filters under our brand EcoAir.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and headache caused to you and I would like to thank you to bringing this issue to our attention as we cannot rectify them if we are unaware of the impact they have on our customers.”

"Avoid this website - I mistakenly ordered the wrong size filter and they promised to email a return label within 24hrs subject to a 25% restocking fee. Convinced me to reorder the correct size which shipped the next day. 5 days later and several emails and phone calls and still no return label. "

Our ticketing system shows one request which was submitted on 11/11/11 which was responded to the next business day, 11/14/11, with a prepaid shipping label. Your refund was processed once the filters were returned to our facility on 11/22/11. We appreciate your feedback and would like to assure you that proper policies and procedures have since been put in to effect and modified to ensure timely responses to all customer inquiries and that credits and refunds are processed in a more efficient manner.”

"I decided to stock up on filters and it appeared that Air Filters Delivered had good pricing and a decent shipping policy. When I had not received my air filters in about 3 weeks, I called them and they just said they would be shipped out in another couple days at the latest. They charged my credit card the day after I ordered. This practice is against most credit card company's policies and in some states against the law. Do not do business with this company!"

"I liked the website, easy to navigate, good communication, good pricing. The only negative is it took them a week to ship my filters, and I didn't get them for a week and a half. I live right across the state from them so I was expecting a faster delivery."

"We ordered the filters and did receive what we ordered. Unfortunately we mistakenly ordered a wrong size.

Since then we have tried in vain to contact them to request a return process.

Our order number is AFD2010091511 . With that the company should be able to fing OUR contact info and return our emails.

Their IP address is airfiltersdelivered.com [67.192.21.196] reolves to be downstream to rackspace but the "contact HQ is in Madeira."
