reply posted Aug-27-2012 “I would like to first apologize for the inconvenience and troubles the ordering process has caused you and assure you action has been taken to address the manner in which you were responded by our customer service agents. I researched your order and unfortunately,our Honeywell Whole House filters are a product which at the time of your order was not being manufactured in-house. As such these were sourced from a distributor. As your shipment was partially shipped, our distributor packed our invoice in your box showing our purchase price per filter. This is distributor sell price and is not a sell price available to consumers. Our sell price is listed to incorporate all costs associated with the handling of the product, operational costs, customer support and shipping costs. Since then, and around the same time frame, we began to manufacture most Whole-House air filters under our brand EcoAir.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and headache caused to you and I would like to thank you to bringing this issue to our attention as we cannot rectify them if we are unaware of the impact they have on our customers.”

Our ticketing system shows one request which was submitted on 11/11/11 which was responded to the next business day, 11/14/11, with a prepaid shipping label. Your refund was processed once the filters were returned to our facility on 11/22/11. We appreciate your feedback and would like to assure you that proper policies and procedures have since been put in to effect and modified to ensure timely responses to all customer inquiries and that credits and refunds are processed in a more efficient manner.”

reply posted Aug-27-2012 “We make every attempt to ship the order within the expected time frame. Though infrequent, we do sometimes experience backorders which can delay the shipments. Our average time to ship continues to be less than 3 days on average across all orders.”

"What an awful company. After over 1 month filters still not received. Customer service rep rude and unhelpful. Have had to file a chargeback claim to get my money back. Would absolutely not recommend doing business with this company."
