"Placed an order for an underwater camera housing, and received an order confirmation promptly. It's now April 14th, and there has not yet been any updates to the order status.

Mail requesting order status sent April 6th - no reply.

New mail sent April 12th - no reply.

Comment by Aiko dated October 19th is not correct. No item, no mail, no letters, no nothing has been received from Aiko. However, I've had my money back from MasterCard."

"Ordered item almost 4 months ago but ... it has finally arrived, and I am very happy with the product. Thank you Robert, and especially Reseller Ratings as it was only through RR that it was possible for me to contact Aiko. Also, fortunately Aiko were concerned enough about their service to review their ratings. The item was extremely well packed. Cheers from Oz downunder."

“Customer has been contacted. For unknown reason we are not able to receive e-mail from this customer's e-mail address directly. Customer contacted and order has re-shipped due to a customs problem in the destination country.”

"I placed this order 2 weeks ago and payed for the 2-3 day shipping. I still have not received it. There has been no update to my order status on their site, and they don't even list it as shipped yet. I would like to call and find out what is up, but I have yet to find a phone number for the "company"."

"I`ve purchase on 10 may 2010 an Underwater Camera Housing with several lens.
The answer on 11 june 2010 was that the housing was in backorder, however they expect the order to ship in full early next week.

I email them again to cancel it and there was no reply untle the 22 of july. The response was that due to a manufacturing problem with the backordered housing it will be shipped in two week and they apologize for the delay, BUT?? What happened with my inquary to cancel the order????!!!!!

I write them again to definitely cancel the order and the full refund of my money but there was no answer again until the 11 october 2010. They apologize again because the housing was discontinued and apparently they have been told by Fantasea each month that it would arrive in three weeks. It was not their intention to mislead me...WHAT?? They mislead nme twice when I almost beg to cancel itand they ignore me... )

They said they will refund in my credit card the full amount of the order.

Today 20 october I`m still waiting for my money I gave them 5 month ago. Next time I prefer to put my money in a bank that happyly will give me more interests than Aiko.

Very very annoyed with the company and I will never buy again there.
Please check if they have the items before you pay otherwise you will loose lots of time and interests.

6 months + a week later (November 17) finally got my money but lost 23.30€ on the exchange. Thanks Aiko I will buy again... and definatly I would like to recommend this company to everyone who wants to lose money.I still don`t get why they didn´t cancel the order when I`ve asked twice. They totally ignored me. It`s not the manufacturer problem, it`s Aiko costumer`s service."

“Customer has been credited in full. We do not have control over a product being delayed and then discontinued by manufacturer. We tried our best to fullfil the order. However, the manufacturer was sending us misleading inforamtion on product availablity. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are commited to customer service.”

"Checked this site before ordering. Dilemma. However, could not buy the item anywhere else. Took a chance. Ordered the Olympus housing for my dated camera. It worked out very well. The item came from Japan. That surprised me because of the earthquake. It came right away. The price was right considering I could not find it anywhere else. I contacted Aiko Trading to make sure they had it and received an email back from Robert. Now I wonder what is going on? I looked at other sites and company has good ratings. Puzzled. So I had to write this rating.

"I ordered a replacement bulb for a projector. It took longer than expected to receive the item and I was unable to track it-as the website said I could. Then, I received the wrong item. I've sent several emails and have never gotten a response. Would have liked to exchange the bulb for the correct one. Now, I'm out $324 and have a bulb I can't use. "

"Ordered a Fantasea 5135 BigEye Lens, ordered on a Thursday with FREE shipping, was shipped Friday and arrived Monday morning from the Washington to Texas. Great communication with customer service when I inquired when the item will ship, received an answer within 2 hours."

"I made a purchase for an electronic dictionary from their online store, which seems to be using Yahoo Merchants. I received confirmation email for the order and received the item within a week of ordering.

I sent an email sometime within that week to check on the order, and I got a reply within 24 hours or so. I didn't use the email listed on their website, but instead replied to the email that was used to confirm my order.

The item arrived in expected condition and I'm pleased with how things turned out. It would have been nice if there was more updates along the way so that customers don't feel left in the dark. The "Order Status" in the "Check your order" link remained blank for the entire duration of the order, which is misleading.

I have purchased another electronic dictionary from Aiko Trading probably about four years ago, and I vaguely remember that it was the same sort of situation."
