Received underwater housing order promptly. Customer service via e-mail was very personable and helpful in answer my technical questions. Overall I was very satisfied with the transaction.

I ordered a housing, paid for 2-3 day air express shipping, and two weeks later: nothing. I have emailed and heard no response, can't seem to find a phone number for the company, and am very unhappy with this situation. Aiko = Scam.  
 
Do not order from them, they take your money and then you never hear from them again.

AikoTradingCompany I ordered a underwater housing for my Canon g9. The price was the lowest on the net so I decided to purchase. After ordering I received no confirmation on my E-mail, they do not have a shipment tracking option, they do not respond to e-mails, delivery took more than usual (almost 1 month) but it was christmas season so that was understandable. I am happy with the product everything OK. My mark is 6/10.

After having put the order I got a confirmation email. When no goods had showed up after 6 days I sent there customer service an email and asked whether the product was shipped or not, since I was going abroad a month later and really needed the product, and I wondered whether it would arrive in time. I got no sign of life.  
 
Still 14 days later there is no sign of life. No product and no response from their customer service.

Ordered from them and received no confirmation of the sale. My order status remained unchanged and when I sent them an email I still got no response. No product or response received and very annoyed.  
 
OCT 27th. Finally received product. Happy with product.

I made a purchase for an electronic dictionary from their online store, which seems to be using Yahoo Merchants. I received confirmation email for the order and received the item within a week of ordering.  
 
I sent an email sometime within that week to check on the order, and I got a reply within 24 hours or so. I didn't use the email listed on their website, but instead replied to the email that was used to confirm my order.  
 
The item arrived in expected condition and I'm pleased with how things turned out. It would have been nice if there was more updates along the way so that customers don't feel left in the dark. The "Order Status" in the "Check your order" link remained blank for the entire duration of the order, which is misleading.  
 
I have purchased another electronic dictionary from Aiko Trading probably about four years ago, and I vaguely remember that it was the same sort of situation.

I order this and paid $26 for express delivery. Eight days later it has not arrived and it appears that it has not even been shipped even though they charged my credit card. The company has not responded to numerous emails and they have not provided a contact phone number. Looks like it is a poorly operated business or they are going out of business.

They had a hard to find product in stock. Their price matched the lowest price available on the net. They shipped immediately, and I received it 2 days later. The product was factory sealed and packaged. How much better can it get?  
 
They do not have a phone, and emails take around 8 hours to reply but all of mine were replied to. Taking that long to get a simple question answered( in stock?) made the purchase decision span 2 days.  
 
Except for the contact lag, an excellent purchase experience and I will use AIKO trading Company again.
