I was really amazed that the person on chat really knew what they were talking about and was not just someone to give you order details. I have never experienced this with other retails.<br><br>As I live in Australia I was concerned about shipping time and tax. I was amazed again when I got my order in four days from the West Coast of America and was in the water that day ready to go. Oh, and no import tax for equipment shipped to Australia as long as it is under $2000.00 USD.<br><br>\u00a0This could of turned out to be difficult. They were able to get the items to me quicker than my local store in Austalia shipping internationally. Simply amazing. Will use them again. We were luck that Aikos office is five mintutes away. The order was hand delivered to our office with a few hours of ordering. WOW. When I finally found someone who could obtain the product I was nearly out of time. I need this fast or I would lose the job. It worked out so I wanted to tell others who need a housing fast that it is possible when you deal with a company with good customer service. Robert stayed with me from the beginning. This housing came directly from Japan and I thought that it might not get to me on time, he promised that it would and it did. I thought it would be nearly impossible to get anything from Japan with all the problems there but this worked out very well and gave me a good return. After receiving an email with order confirmation but no shipment status or tracking number, I\u0027ve emailed them twice. Nor response.<br>I allowed two weeks (free shipment 5-12 days) but I just read the small print: 5 to 12 days from shipment date. No indication when it will be shipped and no response to my emails either. However, they have already charged my credit card for the full amount.<br>I made a mistake ordering from this company. "Housing and strobe arrived for our trip two days before expected. Not bad. They answered my nervous e-mail quickly ( i was worried it would not arrive on time) and calmed me down. This was my first order from with them and it will not be our last. We are a member of a diving club and have pointed our friends in your direction. Prices were about the same as others, but got a free diving light with the our order and inquires were answered promptly."
