"I have to say that since I contacted Advanced Tech Support a couple months ago, my laptop is running very well. I like the fact that I can speak to a live human being in the US shortly after I call and that they can see my screen and understand what I am describing. They usually have been able to resolve my issues quickly. One downside is that after spending several hours attempting to resolve an application problem I was having with Quicken software, they were unable to resolve the problem and referred me back to Quicken. Even if you pay Quicken for support, they only offer it on line and their people could not fix the issue either, so I don't hold that against ATS."
