"Ordered a Canon EF 50mm lense thru them, and got it promptly the following week. Definitely recommend them, and I will shop with them in the future."

"This was my second order from this company. I expected a great experience this second time and it was. I ordered a Canon lens online at 11:30 am and received an immediate confirmation. An hour and a half later I received an email that it was shipped along with the FedEx tracking #. My first order with this company had a similar experience. It doesen't get any better than this IMO. Great company.It's now 2:15pm on 7-7-07 and the lens was just delivered by FedEx.I don't think I need to say anything else!"

"Excellent store. Excellent experience. A real store and you get everything as ordered in a timely manner. Service reps very friendly and helpful. I should know, i've been ripped off before by a grey market brooklyn store. Adray has restored my faith in internet shopping. Thanks. I'd shop here again anytime."

"I had great buying experience with that store. I bought a Gitzo 1257 tripod which they correctly listed as being in stock. Before I ordered from them, I had ordered the tripod from another online store which listed it in stock but emailed me later to tell me that it wasn't in stock - not very surprising because that model is a hard-to-find item. I then found the tripod listed on Adray and ordered it. The wow factor came when they shipped out the order within three hours. I ordered around 1:00 PM, and got the shipment notification around 4:00 PM. That was fast! Got the tripod by Fedex within two days, in excellent and new condition, as advertised. Great experience overall!"

"Great company! I found Adray Camera through pricegrabber.com when I was looking for the Canon Rebel XT (black body). Their price was very competitive and their customer service was awesome! Very friendly and quick to respond to all my questions. They gave me the impression of a small down-home company that cares about their customers which is rare these days. After dealing with Dell's horrible customer service Adray Camera was huge relief. Highly Recommended!"

"I ordered a Nikon D3 and was overwelmed by the service and speed of delivery of my telephone order. The sales staff checked with its shipping department to make sure they could deliver the camera overnight, then called me after the order was processed and delivery sent. I recieved the camera, as requested, by noon the following day. "

"Adray is amazing. They actually sent me the wrong xd card but were more than accomodable in fixing the problem. I was surprised to hear a human voice after one ring on their 800 number. I'll buy from them every time (especially since I just got my Finepix F30 for $40-$180 cheaper than anywhere else on the web.) I have a new friend.

"The service is really horrible!!! This company only has one person that is in charge of online orders. No one else can help you for your online orders. And if you try to contact this person, the operator always transfer you to another person. That's not the worst thing. This person always left the company very early everyday. I called four times and finally got him. The company cancelled my order only because my cellphone number is from another state however they already charged my credit card. I didn't know this until I called. They even didn't have time to send me an email about the cancellation."

"Overall - Great experience!

There was an issue with billing, but it was my fault, sort of. When I finalized my order there was a communication problem and the screen noted that you should call customer service (a number was provided) and you should NOT go back and try to resubmit. Of course I went back before thinking, and also before writting down the number. I resubmitted my order so I could get the number to call, and in so doing was charged twice.

There customer service rep (Don) was very helpful, accomadting, and apologetic. He jumped through hoops to clear up the problem, and even faxed my bank so they could release the "hold" on my card, which was crucial because I could not afford to have that amount of money not available right before Christmas. I received my goods in record time and couldn't be more pleased. I have dealt with many online photo stores, most notably B&H and Adorama, and I think I will turn to Adray first from now on. Thanks Don!"
