posted May-26-2009 “Thank you for your order and review. We regret your frustration. However, your item was shipped directly from Sony to us and then to you. It was never opened by us. Your issue should have been with Sony. We issued you A UPS pick up tag and offerd you a full refund or exchange, or a $400.00 refund. You were more then happy to accept the $400.00. Your statement about reading other comments that this happend before is untrue and I'm sure written out of frustration. Our offer still stands and we'd be glad to take it back from you if you so choose. Regardless we apologize for your dissatisfaction.

posted Jan-08-2007 “Your package was delivered 12/21/06..exactly 2 days after you ordered it!!! I spoke to UPS and they indeed were contacted by your wife who said that the package was delivered damaged. They said they will investigate the claim. I would be more then happy to give you your tracking number. I also listened to the conversation you had with our customer service representitive and it was you who was rude and argumentitive, as you are here in your review. You write that I'm a liar, and our customer service is rude, which is not the case. I also see that you keep on re-editing your reviews over and over. As you can see by the reviews from other happy customers our customer service is 2nd to none. That's why we've been in business for over 35 years! Regardless of your false accusations, we got a reply from UPS and a full refund has been issued to you via Paypal on Friday.You also noted in your review I have contacted you several times by email which should show you were trying to help you. As always I'll be here to help in any way.And as far as your last comment that customers should read through our other reviews...well I agree...it shows just how good we've been doing. In the meantime your continuous name calling and changing of stories do show everyone who I'm dealing with.

"Ordered a camera while Adorama was closed for the holidays not realizing it wouldn't get to me for weeks. So I cancelled the order. Would have been perfectly fine except they ignored me and shipped the camera anyways.
Had to file a claim with my CC company and the BBB to get my money back."
