"Not a good experience. Ordered three USB serial adapters on 4/20 - bought the ones listed as using the Prolific chipset and having the best compatibility. Adapters were shipped on 4/23, arrived a few days later. Although they appeared as advertised, testing showed that they were not based on the Prolific USB/serial chip, but on some unknown brand. They did not work with the Linux drivers for Prolific chips or with any other Linux driver. In addition, the USB cables provided with two out of the three were defective.I wrote and requested an RMA for a full refund under the vendor's "Satisfaction guaranteed" promise. It took several messages and about a week to get a response and RMA instructions. Mailed the adapters back to the vendor; USPS confirmed delivery on 5/4.The vendor didn't even acknowledge having received the returned product until I sent an email on 6/11. I emailed again on 6/25 to ask when my refund would be paid. My PayPal account was finally credited on 7/4.So... product was defective, was not as advertised on the Web page, and a simple PayPal refund took 2 months to process.I'll buy elsewhere in the future... I'm afraid that this purchase was another proof of the maxim that "buying cheap can be very expensive"."
"Very Unsatisfied. They sent the wrong model, on contacting them they asked me to send the item back. I sent the item back to them, and have not heard anything from them since. I used delivery confirmation and they received my return on March 8th (15 days ago). Seller refuses to answer any emails. "
