"I should have looked at the reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered the wrong item because it was not worded properly on their website. After receiving it I asked to return it. I was told that I would be charged for shipping both ways. I was also told that If I had looked at all the items they sold I would have noticed that the correct item cost more and since it was strictly my fault they wouldn&#039;t do anything for me. She said I should just keep the wrong product and order the right one. I asked them to please talk to a supervisor to ask if they could waive some of the shipping cost. I never received a response. That is just poor customer service. I also found the same exact product for less on several other websites, so do your homework before ordering from them. I wish I did."

"After placing an order I was sent an email by the company stating my item will be in back order. But at the time when I paid for my item, the site showed 5 in stock. Three weeks have gone by and I still did not get any shipping info. I emailed them and did not get any response. I called them and was told that my item will be shipped out in May (my order was placed on March 1st). This was supposed to be a gift for my Dad and it was way past overdue. Not only was there a lack of communication from this company, as I spoke to the young lady handling my order, she was busy chatting to her colleague. I finally canceled my order. I'll never deal with this company again, nor will I recommend them to anyone."
"I placed 2 orders with this company last week, to use a promotional code they offered for $10 off any purchase over $10. This morning I received 2 emails stating that both of my orders were cancelled, with no explanation given. The entire body of the message read: "Your order from ActiveForever.com with order number XXXXXX has been canceled. " Note that did they not only cancel my order without reason, they can't even properly spell the word cancelled. Very shady and dishonest business practices!"

When I was about to call and ask for a tracking number, I received another email with tracking information and my receipt. VERY IMPRESSIVE.
