"Beware of Action Village, I've ordered several times since they have a pretty good selection of BMX parts, but each and every time the order was sent to the wrong address even though I called them several times about the issue and even adding my correct address in the comments for orders every time.
I recently had to return one of the items I ordered from them, got a return authorization number, sent it back, waited, called them and now there's absolutely no response on their customer service line(888-679-4327)..."
"I had 2 transactions with action Village. the first one gave me issues with my tracking number and in my account it was telling me that my item won't be shipped till weeks from the purchase date. I called in few days after i placed the order and customer service was nice and told me that they were upgrading there system and it was nothing to worry, he then went out of his way to get the tracking numbe for me and check the status of my order, i got my order a week after i placed my order, pretty quick from the States to Canada. My second transaction took 3 business days"

"Although other reviews of this shop are good, i did not have a positive experience. I ordered a skateboard from them 3 times bc everytime AFTER I ordered and paid, they came back and said the product was out of stock. but their website still showed they had it. i even ordered it over the phone once, and the next day they told me it was backordered. i called them several times and they didn't seem to know much, like if they actually had it or not. weren't overly friendly or apologetic. one promised to call me back and never did. long hold times on phone (20 mins). i was under a time constraint. eventually i got the product but not without a lot of headache. maybe they were too busy before xmas...."
"Received incorrect shipment, was returned within the week, waited 2 weeks for a confirmation of delivery or an email notifying me of my return being processed, never received anything. Had to cancel order, as waiting 3 weeks to receive the correct order is ridiculous. Was going to place a new order but was not even given the same shipping charges as my original order. Overall very displeased with the service given to me, no compensation whatsoever was given for new shipping charges or for having to wait the time that I did. I highly doubt I will be using this company's services again."
