I called in few days after i placed the order and customer service was nice and told me that they were upgrading there system and it was nothing to worry, he then went out of his way to get the tracking numbe for me and check the status of my order, i got my order a week after i placed my order, pretty quick from the States to Canada. Very good and detailed selection of products, though SOME skate parts need further detail such as measurements\/dimensions and construction material (grade of rubber or metal used).<br><br>The clothes I purchased were excellent quality and all represented well on the website. I even had to return two items because they were \u0022good from afar, but FAR from good\u0022.
