Eric made repeated verbal and four written offers misrepresenting that Acoustic PC would issue a return material authorization (RMA)if desired. I made repeated requests for an RMA. Instead, all I got was protracted and piecemeal troubleshooting efforts. When finally pressed for the RMA, Eric informed me that I was now outside of their 30 day return policy and ineligible despite what he had repeatedly said and written."

Somehow, the cooler got lost, but showed as received in UPSs records. I let Eric at AcousicPC know the situation, and he rushed me a replacement cooler, no questions asked. Just got it, and Im extremely happy with the customer service I got there. It is very personal, one-on-one attention, and felt that my every concern was of great concern to them. Awesome Customer Service. Buy with confidence from this company. I will definitely buy from them again."

"I've 3 orders so far, with no issues. I've been adding their case damping kits and love how quiet it's made my computer! Powerful, yet quiet!...heheh The items have always shipped quickly. I've tried some other companies "quiet" items with no luck. They really do have the better quality!"
