They weren\u0027t able to ship it until Monday because of that problem, but they did upgrade it to two-day shipping for free because of the delay. They were courteous and polite, and I got my air purifier on Wednesday, as one would expect from two-day shipping. "I purchased a Miele Marin vacuum cleaner with SEB 236 brush head. The total purchase was $1,099.00. They shipped the two items in a box with no packaging material to protect the items. The box arrived UPS crushed on the corner and top. The styrofoam mold around the vacuum cleaner was also crushed from the impact of shipping. DO NOT PURCHASE fragile products from this company. I am going to test the vacuum cleaner. Hopefully it is not damaged from shipping."
