"I ordered the Austin Air bedroom machine on Thursday, April 19th (and it was a good $75-$100 cheaper than other places I looked!). They called me on Friday, April 20th to double check with me to confirm that I placed the order because my billing address was in Ohio, but the shipping address was in Rhode Island. They weren't able to ship it until Monday because of that problem, but they did upgrade it to two-day shipping for free because of the delay. They were courteous and polite, and I got my air purifier on Wednesday, as one would expect from two-day shipping. I'll definitely order from them again if I need any other allergy-related stuff."
