"I placed an order for a monitor I needed to ship to a customer with one of our computer systems on 6-24-04. My credit card was immediately charged, but the unit did not show shipping in progress until 6-29-04. On 7-3 the package still showed it had not left the shipper (Fedex) all they had was the shipping transmittal (according to FEDEX) but no monitor. I notified AccurateIt many times about the problem, they kept insisting it had shipped. It is now 7-8-04 (15 days from the order) and I still have no monitor. My last communication told them to get the unit here by Friday 7/9 or cancel, so they wrote me back blaming Fedex and telling me not to be "nasty". I guess I should be happy that I had to pay for another monitor for my customer, while they have had my money for over 2 weeks, and i have no product!"
"Excellent service! Great packaging, excellent customer support, shipped same day!
Item arrived flawless. Could not even tell it had been refurbished!
I would rank AccurateIT amoung the outstanding resellers. I have dealt with many and have found these guys to be one of the best. In my experience, they are better then NewEgg.
I will do business with these people again and would recommend them to anyone! "
"I placed an order for a Dell M781p 17" monitor on Saturday Nov 20th. They promptly shipped on Monday Nov 22nd and it arrived on Thursday the 24th very well packaged. Not too bad for free shipping. The monitor looks great and I am very pleased with it. I will happily do business again with them in the future."

"Ordered monitor 1/23, received 1/28. Also received email confirmation and tracking information promptly. Monitor was packaged safely and it works great."
"Seller provided a great monitor at a great price, and when a problem developed (sometimes stuff happens) they stood by their warranty and handled my RMA flawlessly. This to me is the true test of a company, and they passed with flying colors. I would gladly buy from them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks again, Scott and Accurate IT !"
"I bought a refurbished Dell P1130 21" monitor from them. It shipped the next day and arrived 5 days later. However, upon unpacking it, I discovered several scratches and cracks, as well as a non functioning power button(wouldn't stay on). I emailed AccurateIT several times, and even called them, but was told to wait. Finally, a damaged merchandise call tag was issued, but not after many email and calls. The old monitor was returned, and after a few days the replacement monitor was shipped. I only just got it today, 3 weeks after the original purchase. The replacement monitor was not packaged very well, with visible damages to the box. Upon unpacking the monitor, I found the packaging to be all over the place. Fortunately, the monitor appears to be in decent condition, but a power cable was not included. Also, the replacement monitor appears to be less sharp/focused than the original one. After all this hassle, I would rethink about getting a refurbished monitor, especially one from AccurateIT."
"It is one thing for an online company to have good ratings from customers who purchase a product and have no problems. It is a whole different story when customer service is required. I recently purchased a refurbished CRT monitor from them. After using it for a few days it started having problems. I called, got a support person right away and after sending him pictures of the screen he had me send it back at their expense. They checked it out for a week and found nothing wrong. They gave me a choice of another monitor, the original monitor, or a refund. I chose to have the same monitor returned. When they were doing a pre-ship test the found a problem with it. They notified me and I chose another monitor. They shipped that one at their cost. I have just one gripe. Though minor, it would be nice to have an email now and then to update me. Except when an important event happened they did not contact me unless I contacted them first."
"I ordered two 17" Dell Trinitron monitors and a very good price. Shipping was $30 a piece, making it still a pretty decent deal. I used UPS Ground and it took 8 days, so that was as expected. Not expected, was just one monitor. I emailed their sales department and asked about the second. I got an email back the next morning saying they will look into it on Monday (Got the email Sat morning) So, I'm not to happy about that wait, but as long as it gets here shortly after monday I'll have no complaints.
*Edit* Well, they shipped out my second monitor via FedEx Ground. In total for my complete order it will have been (according to FedEx's estimated arrival date) 17 days (June 20-July 7). Everything other then them shipping only half my order initaily and then sending out the second half slowly was fine. I would hope that its a fluke and would give them another chance whenever I may want another monitor."

"I bought a NEC FE791SB, but instead receved a NEC FE770. I emailed the company today and will wait a day or two for them to reply. I probably will call them tomorrow to let them know about the mistake. All in all I guess you could say I am nethier satisfied or disatisfied at the time being. We will see what happens.
UPDATE: They were very friendly about the whole return process. I dont rember the reps name but I think it was Joey, Steve or Mark. They credited my account as soon as I moved. I will change my review to very satisfied. They were great and as a reviewer said below, somewhat better than Newegg. Great service and prices, I will shop here again. Definetly Recommended."

"Not quite 7 months ago I bought a Compaq P1220 from AccurateIT. I could've got one for less than half the cost on ebay but I thought that I had a better chance getting something good going with a refurbished monitor over a plain old used one, plus the warranty was nice. Turns out I was wrong. The first one they sent had some problems with the horizontal size fluctuating and it died within 30 days. They sent me a new one without me having to even send the broken one back which was nice. The second one was ok for the first 3 days and then it too developed similar problems although to a much lesser extent. It's still alive but recently it has started acting weird and I'm afraid it won't last much longer, I hope I'm wrong. I did some checking and found out this isn't an uncommon problem with this particular model (I wish I'd known that before I ordered) so I asked them if they knew why it was doing this and if they could fix it, hoping that since it was a common problem it had a known solution. Unfortunately, they didn't seem to know what the problem is and after getting two with the same problem I didn't think asking for a replacement was a good idea since I felt I didn't have very good chances of getting something better and I could always get something like the first one again..
I think that this particular model has a design flaw so I was bound to have problems eventually anyway. I just feel that if it was properly refurbished it should have taken a lot longer, maybe years, for them to show up. Frankly, I have to question whether these are refurbished at all or just plain used.
On the plus side, both monitors had/have very good picture quality.
Update 3/17/10: Well, despite my fears the monitor is still alive. Now this could be due to my tinkering in the hidden service menu but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and update my review since it lasted way longer than I expected when I originally wrote the review and I felt I may have been too harsh."
