We apologize for the inconvenience. We have to verify the information received with the customer if there are any messages stating that information did not match. Even if the charge does go through, if there is any information that does not match we contact the customer to make sure that they did place the order with us to prevent any fraudulent transactions. If the customer does not feel comfortable verifying information over email, we do provide a phone number where we can be reached. Please be assured that your information is always safe and we are only trying to make sure that the order was placed by the credit card holder. As we notify the customer, if the information is not verified within 5 business from the date the order is placed, we immediately proceed to cancel the order and process refund. In this case, the information was not verified, so the order was cancelled and refunded immediately. Thank you”
"Shipment lost in space. They listed 2 different shippers (USPS and DHL) and tracking number came back as invalid for both. ZERO response from their customer service email and no phone number provided anywhere for you to contact them. I will not be ordering from them again."
