Even though I included a copy of the confirmation, they wrote back asking for my order number. I sent that in only for them to email me indicating they could not make the correction. I didn\u0027t like how long it took but for the shipping price it was to be expected. I placed another order on Monday, April 4, 2011 at around 6pm. I realized I already had what I ordered so I went to the website to find how to cancel and only saw to send an email. So at 6:14pm on Monday, April 4, 2011 I sent an email to cancel the order. On Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 11:02pm I get an email that my order has shipped. I did as I should have to cancel they have no phone number listed to call and they still shipped my order. I am not happy and I will be refusing deliver nor will I order from them again. My checkcard number was stolen and used to place a fraudulent order with this company. No phone number is provided on their website, and even though they asked and I provided mine, they would only e-mail. I felt like they completely ignored what I was telling them and they kept asking me to provide an order or item number which I didn\u0027t have, then when they finally took the time to locate the order it had already shipped. Surprise surprise. Then they told me to just refuse the order if I didn\u0027t want the items! It\u0027s not my order, I didn\u0027t place it, it\u0027s not shipping to me, it\u0027s basically stolen merchandise. As the bank will reimburse me and it\u0027s the merchant that takes the hit, you\u0027de think they\u0027d take and interest. "excellent service at great prices. I found the exact cable I needed to connect my new satelite box to my older HDTV (HDMI - DVI) at a very reasonable price, even after shipping was added. I received the cable very quickly, within the estimated delivery time. I will, and have already, recommend AccStation to everyone I know that needs new cable and accesories."
