"I am extremely happy with the product this second time. I was worried after
the first one did not work and was pretty concerned about ordering another.
The product works just as advertized and is exactly what I wanted.
Couldn't be happier. I have already shown the flexsmart to some friends and
they were impressed.

Thanks for your top shelf service and taking care of my return of the
defective product I received the first time. Really outstanding service.

"I originally bought a Go-Groove Blue Sync speaker and LOVE IT! So when I got a super cool deal on the Bluesync SRC I went ahead bought one for myself and one as a gift! They are amazing little powerhouses! I also bought the Koala for my son's MP3 player. They are all great. This company has fast shipping and great products. I would say they have exceptional customer service since all I have had is 100% satisfaction with zero complaints! I have referred them to my friends as well."

"I have made a few orders with Accessory Genie and have been very pleased with the service. I provided feedback about a recent order, indicating that the item was not quite to specification (which I kept and gave to my Mom, instead of returning it with Accessory Genie's fantastic 30-day return policy), and upon inquiry with customer service, I was provided with follow-up that the information will be passed along to the primary vendor. "

"Finally a company that I can buy my Apple iPad and Kinde Fire HD electronic accessories from. The first 2 items I purchased performed far better than I ever expected and therefore I just placed my 3rd order with them. Glad I held off buying these accessories from another supplier because I know all my future purchases will be as great as my first 2 and if I encounter a problem Accessorry Genie will handle it with fast and courteous service. Other suppliers have in the past given me a difficult tiime when I tried to return or rectify a problem and wasted my valuable time making phone calls and writing letters to them. Accessory Genie has set the standard for great service and excellent products. They are up there with Apple and Amazon serving buyers like me with superior products and friendly and speedy service after purchasing the product. Gad I found this company for my future electronic needs."

"They refused to offer price protection on an item due to it already shipping, and the new sale price being an Amazon special (That's where I bought it!). They then tried to strong arm me into not returning the product with the threat of a restock fee, although per their policies state that there wouldn't be one. All this and I haven't even received it yet!

If they're this stubborn on such a small issue, imagine how they'd treat me if the situation was more difficult. ""

"Ordered the great speaker through Cnet. Accessory Genie shipped without any problems and we received it in the specified time. "I recently made a purchase from Accessory Genie. My items arrived on time and in good order. They performed exactly as they were described on their website. Accessory Genie also followed up with an email to me to make sure my purchase had arrived and to make sure everything was satisfactory. I think this is great customer service!"

"I am so pleased I found accessory genie. They have many intriguing products. I ordered a GOgroove FlexSMART X2 In-Car Stereo Bluetooth FM Transmitter / Charger for my daughter, who had just bought a new car. I got it quickly, the price was amazing, and it's just what she needed. She's thrilled with her new toy. I'm thrilled she has hands free phone now.
