"This company's delivery service SUCKS. I had no choice but standard delivery for my order and even though they are in my state and according to UPS a 1 day ground delivery time at a normal rate....this company is STILL waiting to ship my item..."sometime in the next few hours to few days" I highly recommend no one ever order from this company. "I am returning this Motorola MB810/ 8278 MOT BH6X for a refund. Reason is as below:I explained to DeeJay I wanted a new battery not a used one with deep gouges in the battery case. He said charge it and use it. I did not want a battery with deep gouges. He said he was an expert in cell phones & batteries and do not try and tell him anything about phones. He said I was rude. And that he was not going to help me. I said I would contact Amazon & he go ahead. He basically blew me off hung up on me. I called my card co. and also Amazon. Do not deal with this company Dee Jay was rude & wanted me to keep this battery. These are two very deep gouges in the cell casing pushing inward, you cannot guarantee that the battery will not have problems and damage my Droid cell phone later on. So I will handle this through my credit card company since Accessory One does not to handles this matter. They cannot guarantee this battery will not damage my cell phone.Emails from: Accessory One Gauges and dents are the same thing. If the battery is not leaking there is nothing wrong with it. If you don't want to use it, feel free to send it back for a replacement or refund. Return instructions or in our return policy. "I must agree with others here. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ACCESSORYONE! They sent me a different product than pictured, would not respond to my emails, I then wrote a bad review on Amazon. I then tried through Amazon again to get the correct product (they wanted pictures!)and, you won't believe this, they told me they would not help me because I gave them a bad review! I write back and say, you are kidding right? Does that really make sense? I wish there was some way I could send the entire email chain to Jeff B at Amazon, luckily it was only $12 worth of stuff and I spent wayyy to much time on it. And here is the latest kick in the pants. Today they sent me an email saying it is past 30 days so they are not going to do anything, wait...I have been emailing them 3 times a week since I received the wrong merchandise. It is almost funny, just KEEP AWAY! PLEASE!"
"DO NOT BUY FROM ACCESSORYONE.COM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY! I have bought a battery for a cell phone with a panel to fit its unusual size, and the panel was the worst quality possible - it broke the first time I put it on the back of the cell phone. The battery was dead even though it said on their website that it was supposed to be brand new. The instructions that they gave me for sending back the battery were incorrect, and I had to pay for the shipping even though they claimed that they will take care of the shipping! I shipped the item on Feb 18th, and I still have not received my refund, and now when I call, I cannot get in touch with them! Please, do NOT buy from this merchant! "
"Horrible! I ordered 2 snap on cases one in blue and one in pink. The blue one fell apart when I tried to take off phone and the pink one dyed my fingers bright pink. Bleach would not even take the pink off my fingers. Tried to call customer service many times and been on hold for over 20 mins each time and I can't keep waiting."

Sounds like you might have gotten MY order! Was it 2 ipod cases, black with blue flowers?? When I check the tracking number it says the order was "Refused" and sent back to the seller! LOL They were no help in getting my order taken care of. What's even more odd is that since then I ordered something from someplace, packaged in two parts, two tracking numbers, one package I got, the other was delivered to someplace in Texas! ...I'm in Tennessee! They sent me the wrong item because "that is what they had in stock" (mind you, they have it advertised on Amazon in stock)...what a CROCK OF SHIT!!! So that justifies AccessoryOne to send me an item I didn't order??? They don't care that it's not the item you ordered, they just go ahead and send you the wrong item instead of informing the customer that they do not have the item and expect the customer pay for an item they didn't order and to accept it...no, I don't think so!!! "This is one of the worse online retailers I have ever encountered. I ran into it because it is selling through Amazon.com's website. Not only its merchandises are of poor quality, but worse are its customer services. After wasting a lot of time and receiving the last message from it, I decide to give up and post my experience here.I purchased a screen protector based on the image and description posted online. But when I received the item, it was totally different. I had to wait several days for its responses for each message I sent to the customer services. And finally I was told I had to return the item for refund, and I had to pay for the return shipping myself. It is a $3 item! For the time wasted and stress, it is just not worth it. Amazon should kick out such nasty merchants who I don't think would survive in an increasing competitive online retailing business."

"I purchased multiple items through Amazon from different sellers and when placing the order I gave my work street address for the shipping because it did not specify how the items would be shipped. I never received my order and after multiple, not so friendly e-mails from AccessoryOne's customer service area they essentially told me it was my fault that the items did not arrive to me. Go figure!!! Here is the response that I got from them " I'm sorry but in your last email you said you assumed it was being shipped UPS. Assuming means you are guessing and you really didn't find out to make sure. Which means the blame falls on you and not us, admittedly by you in your last email. We are actually doing you a big service by offering to reship it out to you for free at our expense, once it comes back to us. It cost us to reship it out and we could recharge you shipping to have it reshipped but we not going to do that". Which they never did reship the items to me and now it is June and they are just offering to refund me the money. Still don't have my money back yet or the items. Terrible customer service and I THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOR and I quote. I thought I was the one who made the purchase from their company. Well needless to say never again."
