"Worked with me for a great deal on a pair of hard to find headphones. Communication was very good and speedy. Headphones arrived faster than expected and in the condition expected, i.e. new.

This is how all online shopping experiences should be. AccessoryJack gave me exceptional customer service and very competitive prices. I placed an order for one each ATH 950LTD Headphones, AT-HA25D Headphone Amplifier and AT-PHA10 Portable Headphone Amplifier on Saturday 30 May 2010, set up payment by RBS WorldPay easily and got email confirmation of the order and payment immediately. On Tuesday 2 June I received an email confirmation that my order had been shipped. I received the package on Monday 7 June, which was five business days mail time. The goods had been packed well. Each item was in its original packaging with the three items arranged together and enclosed in bubble wrap, then encased in cardboard and this then covered by two more layers of bubble wrap and finally an outer paper wrapping well taped. The mail tag showed AccessoryJack had paid A$28.05 (HK$181.00) to send the parcel by Registered Airmail which was close to the A$35.50 charge on the invoice. You can tell that they tried hard to please in every aspect of the sale and shipping process. They had the best prices on Audio-Technica equipment which I was after and my advice to them is to continue to expand their product range and capture more on-line sales. They deserve to do well.
An excellent experience.

"Bought a bluetooth dongle and the process was quite painless and straightforward. Delivery happened as expected, which in this day and age, can still not be taken for granted. And, the packaging was sturdy. It's good to know businesses still take care of the little things, even for a small purchase like mine.

"My second purchase from AccessoryJacks in six months. On both occasions their service has been commendable with shipping well priced and surprisingly fast with my last item only taking 4 days to arrive. Both purchases arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.

I have also emailed AJ's on a couple of occasions as new products have come onto the market to find out stock dates and pricing and have always received prompt and friendly replies.

I feel confident recommending AccessoryJacks and look forward to making further purchases with them in the future.

"I was a tad suspicious when it came to ordering at AccessoryJack.com given the relatively few amount of reviews this online retailer has as well as being based in Hong Kong. I decided to trust the few reviews available for this store and I was very well rewarded with the service provided by AccessoryJack. I received my order days before its estimated delivery date and it is also cheaper than most other online retailers shipping included. If they can maintain this level of service quality in all their future orders, then I can safely recommend for others to make their purchases at AccessoryJack.com. "

Received today 04/15/2011.

Thoroughly packaged and bubble-wrapped as well.
Headphones like this cost $415 in Australia, so I saved myself over $100.

Will shop again."

"Ordered a pair of discounted headphones from China (HK to be exact) and the the package arrived in a timely fashion, undamaged, and its contents were what I expected. Kinda no biggie really. ...In the last few days I've come to realize that this is kind of a big deal. In trying to set up a little recording studio, I've been amassing headphones, ordering them from outfits in China to save a few bucks. Of the two pairs I've received recently, a pair of Sonys were outright counterfeit, and another pair of Audio-Technica are at best B-stock, scratched up and with other issues, but were sold as new. I should have just ordered all three pair from AccessoryJack! You can trust these guys. Unlike some other vendors (who are about to hear from PayPal), AJ isn't a shyster, sells legitimate A-stock goods, and (check this out) answers emails! Highly recommended."
