Was originally questioning a Hong Kong based company - however absolutely unfounded, brilliant & superfast answer when I emailed them a question, v. helpful, & the shipping was incredibly fast. Only five days international from Hong Kong to Australia & mine was a physically large order! (Large camera & 10 packs of film). Am DEFINITELY going to buy from again, AccessoryJack is a fantastic company, thankyou so much guys!

Purchased Westone 1 earphones, based on other positive reviews. Immediate confirmation of order, email communication once item had been shipped, 5 business days to arrive in Australia. Excellent experience, love the earphones, will use again

Was hesitant to purchase from a Hong Kong based company. Took the risk. It was a very very good experience. Great communication, quick postage. I payed with paypal which offers insurance. Peace of mind. Would buy from again. Great aerial7 tank headphones. Fantastic sound!! Fabulous bass.

This is how all online shopping experiences should be. AccessoryJack gave me exceptional customer service and very competitive prices. I placed an order for one each ATH 950LTD Headphones, AT-HA25D Headphone Amplifier and AT-PHA10 Portable Headphone Amplifier on Saturday 30 May 2010, set up payment by RBS WorldPay easily and got email confirmation of the order and payment immediately. On Tuesday 2 June I received an email confirmation that my order had been shipped. I received the package on Monday 7 June, which was five business days mail time. The goods had been packed well. Each item was in its original packaging with the three items arranged together and enclosed in bubble wrap, then encased in cardboard and this then covered by two more layers of bubble wrap and finally an outer paper wrapping well taped. The mail tag showed AccessoryJack had paid A$28.05 (HK$181.00) to send the parcel by Registered Airmail which was close to the A$35.50 charge on the invoice. You can tell that they tried hard to please in every aspect of the sale and shipping process. They had the best prices on Audio-Technica equipment which I was after and my advice to them is to continue to expand their product range and capture more on-line sales. They deserve to do well.

Good shopping experience. Website easy to navigate and strait forwards to use. Excellent customer service and communication. Products ordered and received without any problems at all. Would easily recommend to others.

My second purchase from AccessoryJacks in six months. On both occasions their service has been commendable with shipping well priced and surprisingly fast with my last item only taking 4 days to arrive. Both purchases arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.  
 
I have also emailed AJ's on a couple of occasions as new products have come onto the market to find out stock dates and pricing and have always received prompt and friendly replies.  
 
I feel confident recommending AccessoryJacks and look forward to making further purchases with them in the future.

Accessory Jack out of Hong Kong China defrauds United States consumers. Think about it. Why is he operating in China. Because there are no laws protecting consumers. They refuse to issue me a refund for an unopened product just received. They also have No Phone number for obvious fraudulent reasons. Do not buy from this company.

I am from India and wanted to present a Sony NWZ-W202 to my friend in Romania on her birthday. Jack's was prompt and got order placed, it was delayed due to postal service though,But Jack's is an AWESOME company,They helped me track it by communicating with two different countries Hong Kong and Romania to track my order!!though they did not understand Romanian!!,tracked the order in time!! ^_^. I am so pleased with Jack's I recommended it to all my friends and family. The stark contrast between other online stores and Jacks is the code of conduct they follow to make customers truly happy!!  
The order arrived in mint condition and true to their ads, they deliver it anywhere in the world for a nominal cost!!

I am very pleased with my purchase of Sennheiser headphones from AccessoryJack. Although it took some six weeks to receive them in Sydney, following acceptance of my order, the delay was caused by the supplier and was not the fault of Jack's. He kept be fully informed of progress, even giving me the option of rescinding the order. But the headphones have arrived now and I couldn't be happier. Their sound quality is excellent, and the price I paid for them well below that charged by local retailers - even allowing for the cost of freight. I will definitely consider buying again from AccessoryJack if I am in the market for a product that he stocks.

Seller very responsive and helpful. Product received as avertised and undamaged.Shipping to Lithuania(EU) was quite slow, took more than one month, but that's not due to fault of Jacks. Would buy again.

While the shipping took a long time, I am sure that it had nothing to do with AccessoryJack, but more due to the Icelandic volcano.
