We are sorry for your inconvenience. Please accept our apology not to get back to you immediately during the long Christmas holidays. We tried to call up the sales people in the distributor for you even in the holidays and confirmed the specific color of the headphones is temporary out of stock. We understand the frustration, but please understand that the volume of transaction in Christmas season may cause some instability of items and that is out of our control.
After we double checked with distributor and found it cannot be replenished, we replied you and offered an immediate refund. As a matter of fact, if you are using a normal credit card, we actually will only hold the money in your card for us until we confirm we are shipping out. No money will be taken from your card. However if for your case, you are using a debit card, the bank will inevitably took the money in your card and hold it for us. Even if we cancel the payment and release the money to you immediately, the bank refund process will take up to a month to complete. It will be a very typical time frame as fund transfer process between banks will be quite slow.
Don’t worry, the money is going back to you but just needed a bit more time for the bank to complete.
