"Ordered a replacement antenna for a cell phone. It arrived quickly. The antenna was slightly bent, but seems to work fine. Would order from again."

"This company is full of crap or some other wastefull substance. I ordered two simple items from this company; 1 Motorola phone tools (CD and data cable) and 1 faceplate for my phone. The order and shipping was in a fairly timely manner.

When a package arrived, it was missing the Phone tools but had a faceplate in it - just not the one I ordered. I called and they quickly responded with telling me they'll be sending another order and it'll take 3-5 days. 5-6 days later no package arrives so I call. They can't confirm the reorder shipped so are resending it. 5-7 days later, still no order so I call again. I have them verify my address and it is still correct in their system. Baffeled, they tell me they will send it again. They shipped it on Friday and I got a package the following Monday. Phone tools and faceplate in this one, however, wrong faceplate again! I called one more time and they said they'll send me the correct faceplate for the 20th time.

Buy from someone else."

"I ordered my items that were in stock on 4/08/06. Received an email that the items were shipped on 04/10/06. Still have not received the items. Post Office says they do not have the item. The company contacted by email said it was shipped out. Contacted by phone and had a very long wait for customer service. Finally, got a lady who then told me she would need to contact shipping manager and had another long wait of nothing. Called back again and explained my frustration with their service and got the same routine would have to talk to shipping manager. She finally told me they would ship out the items again. Have yet to receive notice they have ship the order out. This has been the most difficult company I have dealt with online. It is easier to get through on Dell or Mircosoft technical support on their peak hours than it is this company."

"The cell phone USB data cable I ordered was defective, and the seller did not respond to my email asking for return or exchange. The issue was with the battery charging over USB feature."

"DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Order placed August 29, 2007. On September 1st, I received item SFP-SAI607, the Samsung I607 Premium High Quality Screen Protector. To quote the item page:

Although it was supposed to be custom cut for the Samsung Blackjack, it was two sizes too small and covered just under a half of the screen.

I have sent them several emails, with no response, after it states on their website "We'll get back to you in lightning speed". All I want them to do is send me a screen potector that fits that I paid $12.99 for. This place sucks. No wonder they don't want to get back to you with "lightening speed". They want to cheat the customers and hold on to every little bit of money they can get.

I do A LOT of online shopping and never in my life have I dealt with a company so incompetent.

IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A SCREEN PROTECTOR FOR ANYTHING, GO TO WWW.SHIELDZONE.COM. Thats where I got mine and I love it. It actually fits the screen. Even better you can get one to protect the entire body of any electronic device.

"I have bought items from a number of Internet companies; AccessoryGeeks is by far the worst company I have dealt with. They are very nice on the phone, but it takes them days to get an order shipped. On 10/26/05 I paid for priority shipping. It took 9 days to get the order to my address and it was not complete, one item missing, (parts for my cell phone). I called the company (customer service) and was told the missing item would be shipped right out. One week later, I got the item and it was for a different phone (wrong part). Today is 11/21/05 and I am still waiting on the rest of my order, almost 4 weeks from when this started. I have talked with them a number of times but it does not do any good. I will not use them again, there are to many other companies that want your business and they work at keeping it. AccessoryGeeks customer service stinks, I would suggest if you are looking for the kinds of items they sell, to deal with a different company, one that will work with you and understands what customer service means. They have never mention to repay for the priority mail which took them 9 days, they seem indifferent as to the customers problem, All AccessoryGeeks says is we will get it out to you? You are supposed to guess when that will happen? If you have a couple extra weeks, like waiting for your stuff, frustration, and dealing with indifferent people then AccessoryGeeks is the place.
Update, 4 weeks and still waiting, they will not return your calls or emails, AccessoryGeeks is a very customer unfriendly company."

"I ordered a car charger for my cell phone from AccessoryGeeks.com on August 11th for $10.99. Received the product quickly, but upon trying to use it realized that it was faulty and didn't work. I checked my invoice and their website and realized I needed to request an RMA# to return the product, (at that time I merely wanted an exchange.) After submitting my request and waiting a week I still hadn't received a response so I sent in another request. Again, no response so I t ried a t hird time the following week, with no response. I sent an email directly to their so-called customer service department with no response. I've called twice, once being put on hold so long I finally gave up and the second being told someone would call me back with an RMA#, but again, received no call. At this point all I want is my $10.99 back and they can have their shotty product back. Very frustrating process and I'd certainly never do business with them again."

"LOOK ELSEWHERE! On 27 Apr 2007, I ordered a DC charger, AC charger and data cable for my new LG CU500 cellphone. I received the package in a reasonable time but, even though the shipping document shows the DC charger was shipped, It was not in the package. A different model was there with a statement under it "Bundled with PCP-LG4050" (the item I ordered). I called customer support and was told that they had substituted the one shipped for the one I ordered. I told her I had ordered the 4050 model because it was for my GSM phone and the sub was not satisfactory. I mentioned also that substituting without contacting the customer to cancel the item or ship later, is a nasty practice. She will contact purchasing and call me back in 2 or 3 hours (yow right)! After a week of waiting, I sent a email to customer support expressing my dissatisfaction. Also mentioned the sub was cheaper and they had not adjusted the price and it also did not have the needed "plug mating grooves" pictured and touted on their web page to insure it could be inserted into my nice new phone without bending the pins. I received a email from them including URL to the sub item page showing they had raised the price to the same as the item ordered and the blowup picture of the grooved plug had magically disappeared. They invited me to compare the specs. I sent two more emails indicating I was going to have AMEX zap the charge for the ordered item that was not shipped (which they have done) alert the buying public how despicable & disreputable they are and if they wanted the piece of junk they sent, they could come and get it! I wouldn't use it on a bet. These people operate in the shadows and care nothing for the customer. "

"Worst experience ever with an online retailer. I ordered and was charged for a cell phone battery over a month ago, and still haven't got it. They don't answer my e-mails, I have called customer service several times and they say they will get it right out to me. I did receive a defective cell phone case that I ordered on the same day as the battery, (but it covered some of the buttons on the side of my phone, and didn't have a hole for the speaker on the back). I sent the phone cover back over 2 weeks ago and have not had my account credited for this yet. So, as of today I have been charged for a battery and a case, and have nothing to show for it except for a bad attitude and a bunch of frustration."

"The order was shipped the same day and arrived shortly with USPS, although tracking number never showed up in the USPS website."
