"I ordered a motorcycle accessory, about an month ago, on Friday. I called them on Tuesday to check up on the order status. They informed me that the item will be shipped out that day. Thursday came around and I didn't get the tracking information so I called them back asking if the item was shipped. They said it was shipped on Tuesday and I should be receiving the item next week. Then I asked about the tracking info. They said they haven't gotten the tracking info from UPS yet and I will be receiving tracking info by Friday. End of Friday, I still didn't get tracking info. I called them back and they said I should be getting the tracking info by Monday. Monday came around and right before they close, I received the tracking info from UPS saying that the item just arrived to UPS in Florida where Accessories International is located. I would have been okay if they told me the truth from the beginning if there was some kind of delay. They should not have lied and lying to a customer about something that is so obvious is very stupid of them. They'll never have any returning customers. I know I'll never buy from them again. I read some bad reviews by many other customers after I ordered from them and I wish I read them before I ordered from them. I want to save others from trouble and headache. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM ACCESSORIES INTERNATIONAL."
"Ordered some motorcycle items and received an email confirmation saying I'd get tracking information within 1-4 working days. That window came and went, no tracking info. Later my credit card was charged, but not for the amount on the invoice. I sent an email and was told one item was out of stock but would be in shortly. Weeks later I still hadn't received any information about the order, so I called. I was told the item was still out of stock and they were unsure when it would be in. I told them to send whatever they had of my order, since they'd already charged me for it, or else I'd cancel the entire order. Shortly thereafter I received the part of my order that they had charged me for."
If you need to order anything from Accessories International call them first and find out if the item is in stock. Be advised they go through third party suppliers and will not give you an accurate delivery schedule, if they even bother notifying you of order status. They're reluctant to provide delivery information other then "you'll get it when you get it" and your order can take more then a few weeks.
I sympathize with most of the posts here and their issues, but upgraded my satisfaction rating of Accessories International because they did eventually deliver my order in about three weeks. I'm satisfied with my motorcycle Sissybar Luggage rack and it looks good on my motorcycle, but should I ever need other accessories for my scoot, these guys are a hassle to do business with, I'll look else ware.

"!!! BE AWARE !!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! These people don't care if you get your stuff. I shipped my RMA in and it took them a week to actually do something and that's after I called 3 times. All the stuff they have is cheap and breaks right away! You will be better off buying from Walmart or Payless!"
