"I recently purchased AV cables from this company and had a very good experience overall. Very good customer service, called them three with questions before I placed my order and were very professional and courteous all the time, excellent product pricing (their prices can't be beat), fast shipping, my orders arrived in two business days!! How about that for service! Would shop here again for sure."

"Purchased a pair of Fosgate FA51.0 monitors and a 30ft spool of Acoustic Research Pro II 16g speaker wire. Fosgates were on sale for $144. I was only planning to spend about $100 on a pair of speakers, but when a fellow audiophile pushed me towards this great deal, I couldn't resist. Speaker wire was also at an amazing price of $6.99. I recieved an order confirmation very promptly and shipping information a day later. Packages arrived quickly and were packed excellently, no damage to the products. Speakers are excellent, wire is great, and the price was amazing. Will purchase from again when the need arises!"

"can't go wrong with these guys. this is about the sixth time i've ordered Acoustic Research cables and couplers from here and the experience is always great. very low pricing with very fair shipping costs. i always get mt stuff within a couple of days and it's always factory sealed.

one note: email received is always sent from "administrator" and the subject never has the company name either. this should be changed to include the company name (AC4L) so email can be more easily identified.

"Can't go wrong with these guys. This is my second order - AR cables. Great prices, reasonable 2 day fedx shipping and great communications and follow through. They ship the same day and follow up with email with trackin #s."

"Great services here. A/V receiver I wanted, cheaper than Crutchfield. Good guy, spoke with him via e-mail and/or the online chat tool. The tool was a little slow, but all my questions, related and unrelated, were answered perfectly. Good to deal with. Website could use some help, and perhaps a bit more selection on items would make this store stand out even more in comparison with Crutchfield."
