"I have purchased refurbished equipment from a number of legitimate dealers and never had any problems. This company is neither legitimate, nor is this equipment refurbished. It is clearly just reboxed returned merchandise that didn't work, and still doesn't.

I'm filing a complaint with the AG in my state, as this is fraud as far as I'm concerned.

Take the following comment for what it's worth - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, OR BUY ANY MARANTZ PRODUCTS.

How do you think this company stays in business? From all the defective products made by the manufacturers it sells! That should tell you everything you need to know!

Don't make the same mistake I and other have made by purchasing from this fly by night company!"

"Buyer beware! I'm sure these guys are great as long as you get a product that is not defective. Since they deal in refurbs, it's highly likely you'll have a problem.

I bought a Marantz receiver from them, which had a few issues. They were friendly to me at first, but the return process dragged on for several days and took numerous emails.

When I finally got my refund, it was minus the shipping. So basically I paid out of pocket for shipping, and got Jack Squat in return. I declined their offer to replace the unit because I had simply had enough of dealing with them and Marantz. I didn't want to deal with weeks of waiting for a replacement only to have more problems.

The savings is not worth the risk and the resulting headache. Stay away!"

"I placed two orders with A4L and had better than expected service. My first order was for a refurbished denon 2312CA. A4L is an authorized seller of Denon refurbs. The unit worked fine for a week, then the center channel stopped. A4L gave me the number of Denon and were very friendly. Because I purchased from and authorized reseller, Denon replaced the unit (free shipping both ways), and even pre-shipped the replacement.

The second order I placed with A4L was for 4 SoundWare speakers. They arrived and worked great. The day after I ordered the price dropped $5/speaker. I e-mail A4L and they adjusted the price right away. Excellent customer service.

My brother has used A4L for other items and he has been very pleased with the service and price.

Make sure you understand what you are buying and read their return policies. They do have restocking fees if you just don't want the item. THis is not best buy, but A4L pricing can't be beat."

"Incredibly horrendous return policies. If a unit is defective, you are responsible for the shipping cost both ways.

As you can guess, I received a defective receiver from them, and this is why I'm writing this review.

Denon's customer service is also atrocious, they agreed the unit was defective and agreed to an exchange then became completely unresponsive."

"Their return policy is atrocious. They shift the burden of a faulty item completely on YOU. If they ship you a faulty item, YOU are liable for all shipping charges: both original and return shipping. That means they can ship you a defective item and YOU eat all the costs. They don't even refund the original shipping costs if the item they ship you is bad! What a terrible company and policy. Never will do business with them again and will not recommend them to anyone!"

"I have dealt with Accessories for Less on several occasions and the experience has been nothing short of perfect. They have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I have questions and their professionalism has been second to none...not to mention that they have incredible products and the best prices I have found. I literally tell all of my friends looking for home electronics to use them. There is not a better site out there! Check them out!"

"I deal with numerous on-line AV companies and want to compliment Accessories 4 Less company for their Outstanding Customer Service, as well as, absolutely the most Competitive Pricing on the Internet. I had an issue with a recent AV purchase, and contacted Accessories 4 Less about the issue. Immediately I got a return call, Techical Support, assurance that my unfavorable situation would be dealt with, and it was! As the issue could not be resolved, they arranged for a Return & Exchange without any hesitation, whatsoever. I highly recommend this company, based not only on "Best Price", but more so the quality of their people, that they demonstrated not only professionalism, but that they Truly Cared about "me" as a satisfied customer......not just another Sale. I will be using Accessories 4 Less again in the future."

"I'll never buy from or recommend anyone buy from Accessories 4 Less ever again.

The cost me $200 by shipping my packages to my billing address instead of my shipping address and then told me it was my fault and wouldn't help me out in anyway.

Don't fall in the same trap I did."

"I purchased an Onkyo receiver at a very attractive price. i received it and it was DOA. It would not power up in any outlets. I paid $15 on top of the purchase price for shipping. I sent an email and was told I had 4 days to return the merchandise and not to send it USPS. I sent it fedex and insured it as requested. My credit cards was credieted for the purchase price only and not $30 worth of shipping for a receiver that was DOA. Don't bother with them!!!"

"Buyer beware, at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. With these guys, not even that. I have dealt directly with the owner and he is arrogant. The employess are a reflection of the owner. They start out nice, but when things don't go well, they ignore your emails or cop an attitude. I will never deal with this company again. I would have written the review sooner, but I finally found the Invoice #. Do not believe they have items in stock that they say they do. If you want refurb, this is not where you want to purchase it from."

"Ordered two BOSTON ACOUSTICS Model 25 Sound Bars with the Wireless Subwoofer. Order was confirmed, even sent a confirmation email. A day later I get the below email stating the order was cancelled. This was in stock product, the below email is not acceptable at all. I would never buy anything else from them. Here is the lame email:

"I generally don't do review,however I feel Accessories4less deserve a rave review.I ordered a refurb Onkyo (they are an authorized dealer).I found out that the receiver was defective. I sent an inquire over e-mail and Mark, sales manager, quickly responded back to me. After few emails back and forth and quick call to Onkyo tech support, they agreed to replace the receiver. I was sent a label to ship it back, and after dropping at FedEx, my replacement arrived within few days. This one works perfectly, knock on the wood, and I am very happy with the receiver's performance. As old saying said, you will find a true nature in face of trouble and Accessories4less has definitely exceed my expectation. "

"I ordered a surround sound system from them and unfortunately the subwoofer didn't work. They sent me a shipping label to have it shipped on their nickel to the manufacturer for repair.

Refurbished units arent the safest purchase but these guys take it upon themselves to make sure the customer is satisfied. Even when customers like myself give them a hard time in the process.

Best price on the web for the item I purchased. "
