I foolishly went with another on-line seller, and it was a total nightmare. After it took me almost 2 hours to get the truth out of this other seller, I cancelled my order with them. I used Abt live chat to see if they would match and they came extremely close (in-fact once the extended warranty is factored in (I usually do not buy these but the offer was too good to pass up), I agruably came out ahead). They delivered in 2 days an item that was supposed to be on 2 week backorder. How about that! Could not have been nicer. I learned my lesson about always giving them a chance to match first.
