Purchased 2 copies of Windows XP Pro 64 bit - received 2 copies of "NOT FOR RETAIL SALE OR OEM DISTRIBUTION" software, their site disappeared, they do not answer their phone. Reported them to Microsoft, BBB etc. Be leary, I lost my money.

I ordered XP Pro and XP 64 via Fedex 2day. Next day I had a fedex tracking number that as of 4/1/06 still only says "Package data transmitted to FedEx." No response to my e-mails, only once has someone answered the phone after calling more than 6 times. The answer was that they will check on the order and get back to me.  
 
Now I have an e-mail saying my order was canceled without talking to me or a reason. I found a mailing address, "11347 Calisa St. ste. 1 North Hollywood, CA 91601," and searched it on randmcnally.com only to find the street doesn't even exist in that city.  
 
I don't think anything more needs to be said.
