"now i cannot even order because i already order 2 of the same item and got blocked from buying from their website, HOW NICE is that? i have their history in my hands (Ive sent pictures to customer service)but now i am block from buying for my collection, guess what, i start selling everything i have and i will stop buying their clothes and colognes, they already have financial problems and being most hated in usa now i see why,just google a&f problems, youtube, i was wondering why every time i get to the store is empty and they are getting deeper and deeper, how can you buy cologne from the website and find stupid enough people to pay more than it is on their website... no CLUE"
"Despite all the bad things people are saying, I've ordered from abercrombie multiple times without a problem. It seems with this website that everyone with issues writes reviews, but people without a problem don't care enough to, making it completely unreliable."
"Spent an hour on their website ordering several items for a foreign client. Paid and received the order confirmation with a promise of speedy shipment. Waited 3 weeks - no merchandise or even a tracking number. Logged in into my account to find out that the order status was changed to "will not ship". No one bothered to notify me of this. Chatted, called and emailed to/with several polite but completely useless A&F employees none of whom could tell me why the order was cancelled. Same exact thing happened last time i ordered from them about a year ago. Order cancelled, no notice, no explanation. How are these people still in business online?"
"I live chatted in with Sasha today and she had no idea what she was talking about. She did not help me whatsoever. I get you all have quotas to meet but asking me "anything else?" after every line is plain RUDE. She did this to me A LOT. Sadly that was not the only issue I had with her. I asked for a size recommendation on the Cara Jean Legging as your store is known to run small and your size chart is not too helpful (as it only shows waist measurements). She asked me repeatedly what I was asking her. Then she finally says "you know jeans are not stretchable right?" and I say, no actually there are many pairs of jeans that have a lot of stretch. Then the intelligent one goes "its a jegging! get it? Jean...Legging, Jegging!" (UM WHAT THE HECK?! I am beyond annoyed at this point).She did not help me by saying that, and I gave her my measurements and she guessed a FEW SIZES; I wanted to know WHAT SIZE (not three) to get. She had the nerve to say "As I said before you should be between these SIZES...etc" and she had the nerve to say "since you have wide hips..." REALLY? I just couldn't deal with her anymore, that was a waste of 30 minutes of my time.Anyways I chat back in later in the day with Ricardo. Who also rushed me off. He was waiting for me to place my order so he can make adjustments to my order, but I (THE CUSTOMER) had questions about something I was about to buy. He did NOT help me at all and shocked me when he said "There are other customers waiting for help so chat back in when you're ready." That was so ridiculously rude I don't think I have ever experienced anything like that. I waited for the chat button to pop back up and 5 minutes later I chat back in with Ricardo and I'm angry at that point. I said "you hung up on me" He rudely snaps, "I see how you can think that, but I told you I'd help you out when you're ready as others were waiting in line and needed my help." HA.EXACTLY they were IN LINE, I'm who your dealing with whether you like it or not, I was in line BEFORE the rest, and I should be HELPED and taken care of, not rushed off-I don't care about your quotas. I reply back, "You disconnected me when I still needed your help. I was in the middle of asking you a question and you cut me off." Ricardo had the damn nerve to disconnect for the 2nd time "Live chat is for customers who genuinely need our help blah blah etc." THAT is UNACCEPTABLE. I need to make sure he is getting reprimanded for what he has done to me. He should not be in customer service if he is going to be rude like that.Thankfully I chatted with Nikki shortly afterward and she shocked me by going ABOVE and BEYOND. She exceeded my expectations. I never have had good service from A&F EVER IN MY LIFE until Nikki. She needs to be recognized. I will only chat with her from now on. And everyone should watch and learn from Nikki.I still won't shop at A&F unless I REALLY, REALLY want something. Like their flannels that I haven't been able to find elsewhere. (Sadly their flannels are of good quality compared to most other places). Their service overall just SUCKS, which makes me NOT want to shop there."
"Really misleading store and online. I placed an order online of 27.14 for shirt+10 for shipping and handling. After a week I got an email saying that your returned order has been processed and 27.14$ has been refunded to your account. I got shocked i didnt returned it how did it got returned if they canceled it where is my 10$ shipping cost.Just to figure that out I started a online chat session with A&F representatives. she said that it was fedex fault fedex did not deliver it. After a long chat and waiting she ask me to order again and assure that she will waive shipping charge. I did same but they mail me billing statement where i had to pay shipping charges again. and when i check credit card they had charged $58 instead of 27.14.I again chated with their representatives and waited twice as long then previous i had to spend whole day chatting and waiting just to get my 10$ back. and know whats wrong.And as other guys mention that their stores are dark,depressing and misleading. I would like to add that they are misleading online as well. I feels like they enjoy making us confused. May be they get satisfied by fooling their customers.I mostly give 4 or 5 stars to sellers. I mean i get easily satisfied. But for A&F i wish i could give zero stars."
"Absolutely horrible company. The arm pit of the world. We're long time customers w/4 girls in the house. Placed an online order and received the following email concluding we are a CRIMINAL enterprise robbing them of their intellectual property rights:CHRISTINA,This order was canceled and we will not accept future orders from you. "Disgraceful! They CANCEL international orders over 100$. I submit an order, make the payment and in a day I receive the e-mail: "Packages with merchandise totals exceeding $100 USD cannot be delivered, and will be cancelled"!!! This is very disappointing. I have spent 2 hours of my time to make the order. At least they ought to indicate these limitations on delivery terms page of their website."
"Personally I prefer to shop in store for Abercombie. They have better prices on clearance items in store. Also they have a high shipping rate for online orders and yet it is really slow. Takes at least 7 business days if not more than that."
"My order should be arrived on Jan. 27 but it's delayed.Until today Feb. 2, I never received it.I called their C & S, they always kicked this ball to their shipping and tracking dept, which they never reach me.Today I want to cancel this order, but they still doesn't care, one of their C & S even hang up the phone."
"This comment is regarding an online purchase I had with A&F. The shipment was lost, and they did refund quickly. But regarding the two email exchanges with their customer service. It occurs to me their customer service is very unprofessional and rude. The staff appears to be completely untrained and keep circling around and blame me for the lost shipment.Yes, they got the job done (by issuing me refund); but I am extremely disappointed to the customer service, more than the USPS losing the shipment."
"I place 10 orders for my husband family kids.Abercrombie cancel all my orders.I don't know why?? My husband comes from a family of 15 brothers and sisters.If abercrombie is so affaid of some reslae their products then they need to go to all these second hand stores and stop them from resaleing them.If that is what their are affaid of.Not everyone has computers and doesn't know about this site like i didn't know about it."

"I placed 29 orders with A&F and all was cancelled, I didnt recive any cancellation email, phone call etc..I was waiting for my packages, and it took long time, so I logon to my account @ abercrombie and discover that all my past orders was cancelled. Why NOW ONE CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS SITUATION??? I call my CC company, and they sad that tey authorized all orders from A&F. I order only in size of M for me, and S for my wife. I need to change the brand??? All my orders was below $100.00 becouse my CC did not allow me to use more than $100.00 at once.
