To be fair, I am updating the review to reflect the current status of my transaction with Abe's of Maine.<br>I have received a damaged product, refused the delivery and immediately contacted the store to let them know. I've talked with customer service multiple times, was promised that a replacement will be processed in a timely manner. With no sufficient communication from the store i eventually found out that the replacement product was to be shipped 10 days after I initially reported on the damage. It looks like the shipping company messed up more than once (damaging my initial product and then not properly communicating the tracking information for the second one). Due to this miscommunication the impression I got is that the product hasn't shipped as promised. After a lot of back and forth between the store and the shipper they received the correct tracking number to assure me the product was on it's way.<br>Bottom line - <br>It is now 1 month after the original order and still don't have the product but it is supposed to arrive in the next few days. Lower than average shipping company, both damaging my product and mixing their shipment records - I would recommend Abe's of Maine to use a different shipper. Poor level of communication from customer service on the status.<br>On a positive note, on a call today I received all the requested info and was assured everything was shipped. I also received a minor compensation for all the trouble I had to go through. "Non-existent customer service. Impossible to reach them after they have your money. Incorrect product information on website. Poor communication. They upsell you with expensive warantees but won't talk to you to address an order issue. Stay far away. "
