I ordered a short 5 x RCA composite video cable w\/ audio and paid $5.99 for Expedited shipping. 2 days later I check the tracking number to find that THEY SHIPPED IT 1st CLASS POSTAL!! If they had shipped it via the method I PAID FOR (Priority Flat-Rate, which would hold a little 3 foot cable) it would have cost them $4.95. The bastards charged me for 3-5 day shipping and sent it 4-6 day 1st class ($4.90 for a 1 lb. box). They even admitted this to me on the phone. 2 of the women hung up on me (I was pretty steamed honestly), and 1 guy told me if it doesn\u0027t arrive in 6 days to call them. This is even after I asked for him to make it right. FUCK YOU ABACUS!!! You are dumbass thieves!<br><br>Update: the cables arrived and they are brand new and very well packaged, but very, very stiff. The price is really low, but I think I\u0027d rather buy a more expensive cable from a company that doesn\u0027t consist of a bunch of assholes. This time I was looking for value. I placed an order with them on 1\/21\/10 for two items (multiple quantities of each). They immediately took payment for my order and when I checked the status on 2\/1\/10 (10 days later), they informed me that one item was out of stock so they held up the whole order. They also claimed that they emailed me after a whole week but I did not receive an email from them. You would think that they would have just credited me for the item that they were out of stock on and shipped my other item since they already received the payment for all the items. Instead, they thought it would be best to keep my funds for 10 days and not send out anything. My advice would be for potential customers to deal with a reputable site. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I purchased a charger for my IPOD from Abacus 24-7. I received the product quickly, and the price was great. Unfortunately, through no fault of Abacus, the charger was faulty and damaged two IPOD Nano\u0027s before we realized what was wrong. Abacus responded quickly to my request via both phone and email. Each email I sent to clarify what happened was responded to promptly by their customer service staff. <br><br>Abacus agreed to reimburse the cost of my damaged IPOD and also reimbursed the shipping costs and the cost of the charger itself.<br><br>Sean Ohara at Abacus was very professional and even wrote a letter of apology for the problems with the charger.<br><br>As a retailer, Abacus stood behind the product they sold and compensated me for not just the equipment they sold but also the equipment damaged by the charger. We get all our ink from them, for printers they carry cartridges for; and all of our cables, too (printer, audio, HDMI, etc).<br><br>Only once so far have we received a wrong item; they handled the return and reshipment without hassles, and even picked up the return shipping costs.<br><br>We have not had a single problem with any of the ink cartridges we\u0027ve received from Abacus..
