"The best online experience EVER! I ordered some ink for my printer from this company. The total for 6 brand new cartridges was under $13. (That's not a typo). I figured it was worth the money to try them out. I got the ink in 3 days; popped in one of the new cartridges and started making beautiful prints. PLEASE BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE FAR AND AWAY THE BEST!!"

"This is the second time I ordered ink cartridges from them. The orders shipped the same day, arrived by Priority Mail, nicely packed. I was sent the tracking numbers as soon as they were shipped. The quality of the BCI-24 black is very good; almost the same as Canon's and the price is 5 times less.

Once I had to cancel an order that had already been charged, and they sent me an e-mail not only confirming that they had canceled the order, but also asking me if there is anything else they can do."

"I have ordered from this company twice. The ink is remanufactured. Stating this, There has been no difference in print quality or quantity. The service has been top notch.
For the price you pay for ink this company provides a valuable service for those watching the dollars and pennies. I am very satisfied with service and quality"

"After getting my order I found out they have another website at http://private.abacus24-7.com/ and they sell the exact same product only much cheaper. After a few emails they have credited me the difference and I am satisfied."

"Disgusted by these dumb assholes! I ordered a short 5 x RCA composite video cable w/ audio and paid $5.99 for Expedited shipping. 2 days later I check the tracking number to find that THEY SHIPPED IT 1st CLASS POSTAL!! If they had shipped it via the method I PAID FOR (Priority Flat-Rate, which would hold a little 3 foot cable) it would have cost them $4.95. The bastards charged me for 3-5 day shipping and sent it 4-6 day 1st class ($4.90 for a 1 lb. box). They even admitted this to me on the phone. 2 of the women hung up on me (I was pretty steamed honestly), and 1 guy told me if it doesn't arrive in 6 days to call them. This is even after I asked for him to make it right. FUCK YOU ABACUS!!! You are dumbass thieves!

Update: the cables arrived and they are brand new and very well packaged, but very, very stiff. The price is really low, but I think I'd rather buy a more expensive cable from a company that doesn't consist of a bunch of assholes. This time I was looking for value. Even though they ripped me off on shipping, I did receive the cable on time and it's a good enough cable that fit the application well enough."
