"I purchased a case and powersupply in July 2002 (still under warranty), and recently noticed that my powersupply was faulty (but still working). I called A-pro and they told me they would send a new powersupply out to me and i could send my old one back after i received and installed the new one. I will keep you posted on the outcome, but just wanted to compliment them on their customer service. I would recommend them to anyone. "

I paid $9.54 for shipping; at least have the decency to put in a brown box. The psu didn’t perform like how I expected. It might of defective or cheap quality. A-Pro lost my business. It will very unlikely for me to deal with them again!"
"I ordered an aluminum case and power supply from this company and it was shipped to me very promptly. I made a mistake when ordering, but they solved the problem quickly after I sent them an email. This is my second time ordering from them, my first time being around 5 years ago. The reason why there's such a big time gap between orders is because I shop at A-Pro for their large selection of PC cases, but I buy cases only when I upgrade my PC, which I don't do often either. Overall I am extremely satisfied with their service, and the next time I need a case or a power supply, I will definitely consider shopping at A-Pro again."
