"This company is really suck. The service is so rude, especially the customer service staff, Mike. He didn't even want to confirm my order, eventhough they wanted me to do so. I ordered a digital camera from him at cost about $250-260. Maybe this was just a small amount of money to them. I belief that if he service me so bad like this, he would not be able to send me a good product exactly. I felt that he didn't care with the customer at all...especially Mike!!! One word that I can give this company definition is " SUCK!!!" Finally I cancled this company to a little bit more expensive one but a greater service. "
