Unbelievably low prices, no hiccups with shipping and was amazed how well my product was packed. I will definitely order from these guys again.

Turn around time was great and when I needed to speak to customer service it was nice to easily reach a real person and not a machine.

I can't quite articulate why, but when I ordered the replacement bulb for my InFocus X2, I wasn't absolutely sure I was ordering the correct bulb. It is not that the sight was unclear necessarily, I just had the feeling that there may have been conflicting information. For example, another projector that supposedly uses the same OEM lamp was directed to a different replacement part with a slightly different cost. Oh, well. I wish I could be more specific, but you can't ask me to remember details like that for more than a day or so. Good luck with your business and thanks for the help.  

I ordered this same item from another company before ordering from A Matter of FAX. When I placed the order, they said it was in stock and later said it was on back order. They could not deliver the item after about 2 months. I am extremely greatful to AMOF for their good and quick service. I will keep you in mind for any future purchases. Thanks again. Ray Moore  

UPDATE: Shortly after posting a review detailing our problem with a defective bulb, we received an email from Akiva, a customer service person at A Matter of Fax. This person was extremely helpful in working with us to resolve our problem and in fact made sure that we received a new bulb and took care of everything. She stayed in contact with us throughout the process up until we received the bulb. This is truly good customer service. I still disagree with the company's 90 day warranty policy but am pleased that they worked with us to resolve the problem. I hope this bulb lasts as long as it is supposed to.

Everything was great. The one minor nit I could think of is that I didn't get an email that told me the shipping status, an estimated delivery date or a way to track the package once shipped.  

Very happy with pricing and delivery time.

I was looking for a new projector bulb for my Mitsubishi front-projection TV. They tend to sell for about $300 each. AmatterofFax sold me one for $200, delivered it with reasonable promptness, and it works great! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
