I ordered an HDMI cable on March 4th and there is no sign of it on MArch 12th. Shipping was $14.27! I can't even get someone on the phone because they use an email-only "customer service" program. Until this is resolved, they are definitely a 1-star outfit from my perspective.

Ordered a bulb for my TV but by mistake I typed the wrong security code for my credit card. I called back in two days later to find out what was up and they told me so it was corrected. The problem is what happened before I called. I received no notification that the card did not process. When I went online for a status they routed me to http://www.cliason.com/ which they use for tracking. Ok fine I understand the benefits of outsourcing but cliason does not use SSL encryption so if I wanted to look up my information I had to send my login and password in clear text. With the issues we have today this is plain not acceptable for a commerce site.  
 
I will most likely not buy from this place again unless they notify me that they have found another CRM vendor that uses SSL.  
 
I did eventually get an email saying the card did not process and I should go to the CRM site (again not secured) to enter in new payment information. No Thanks!!!  
 
The customer service did seem decent but they really need to get SSL.

They had the best price on the printer that I was looking for, but it took them 3 days to send me an email saying that my order is being prossessed, and then 2 more days after that to tell me that they made a "typographical error" and that my order has been cancelled.... I called them and that's when I found out that the printer was out of stock. Now I'm out a week and they had nothing to say but "sorry".  
 
So my advice is that if you actually need this printer in a timely manner, don't trust these guys.

Very slow to ship a DLP TV bulb. Web site talked about 24 hour shippment, but it took 2 weeks to ship and then I had to wait another week for arrival. Web site and "customer support" was inadequate, never told me what was going on unit I finally go ahold of them on the phone. Not impressed.

Not satisfied! We ordered a scanner on 1/29/10 and have yet to receive it as of 2/22/10, not even a tracking number. Leaving a name and call back number is a waste of time because no one will call you back. I have had the chance to talk to a couple of representatives: one sent me to shipping to track down the order. Shipping said I was not the only one with this problem. They couldn't track it down so they told me they would call back in ten minutes. Five hours later I have given up on that happening. The second representative called the wearhouse and assured me that my tracking number would be sent out this afternoon. I have sent them an Email just to try to expidite our shipment. Before you order, know the frustrations that others like my company have experienced. Is it worth the savings? Never again for us.

So I have called into this company 3 or 4 times already since I placed my order over 2 weeks ago. every time that I have called in I had to wait for about 10 minutes before I got anyone on the phone. This last time I called which was today, I waited the 10 minutes on hold and then someone answered and asked "how may I help you" I said I was looking for a tracking number on my order and then she put me on hold again this time i was on hold for another 10 minutes until someone else finally answered and was able to answer my question. To be fair to the company we did have to verify our company credit card which took a couple days which has added to the 2 weeks. I have to be honest I wouldn't order from this company for anything that I needed fast especially for my company. They do have great prices but horrible customer service and slow response. I'm hoping that I actually do get my tracking order number today like they say. We will see. So slow service, horrible phone coverage and answering, great prices. Its up to you if you want to use them.
