"I have been ordering from A Main Hobbies for sometime and I have always had good experiences with them. I started learning helis rather late in life so, as you can imagine, I require new parts more often than a sponsored 3D pilot. I own 3 helis, a T-Rex 450, a Rave 450 and a T-Rex 600N. Finding parts in stock for all three at the same website is very difficult. Often you have to make multiple orders and pay multiple shipping charges to get all three flying again. I've learned that A Main usually has everything I need in stock. They get my orders to me with very little down time.

I have had only one occasion when I needed customer support for a prematurely failed gyro. A Main replaced the gyroand got my Rave back in the air in short order. I can recommend A Main Hobbies with no reservations."

"Amainhobbies.com is the best web to hop all your Rc stuff, is very easy to navigate and the facilities is only one that give me so fast the answers in all kind, orders, question etc. I´ll stay in amainhobbies.com for the rest of my life, because the RC is like my other house!"

"Placed a lot of orders to amain with only one small problem. A few weeks ago I placed an order for several items that were listed as in stock. After I ordered and my card was charged, they told me one of the items was on back order. Then after the item was in stock, they told me I could get it but now I would have to pay for shipping! So two things there that are bad business practice - charging me for the item without giving me the option of cancelling and then charging me for shipping when I already paid for shipping for all of the items on my original order."

"Great Store cheaper than my local hobby shop and the shipping was fast. My only complaint was that upon checkout I was not advised about the duty to cross into Canada and the GST wasn't added to my total not a big deal it cost very little but it would be nice to know."

"Good things:

Huge selection of rc models and accessories (not spare parts) at very low price.
Fast processing and shipping (after aproval of payment).
Nice looking web site and easy to use.
Customer rewards points is a good thing to have.


Bad things:

Processing of payment takes long time.
Very minor spare parts are available.
No enough information is available for each item, you have to check other web sites.
there is no recommended spare parts page for each model.
reviews is diffecult to access, you have to open each review in one page.

"Hello has quite l equipe, j made my command(order) at home, because deja you have prices(prizes) interessant by report(relationship) in France, you are cheaper.
J had when meme of the doubts by report(relationship) has your serieux and for the speed d sending.
I have to say that j have eté agreablement surprised, by your professionalism, the follow-up of the command(order), and the speed d sending.
Before I placed my orders on two sites of modelisme trés known, and from now on, by report(relationship) has your rock-bottom prices and your serieux, I would place my future orders at home and would recommend you to the members of my club."
