"Like many people have noted here, shipping takes two and a half forvers. Prices are decent but the products are generally cheap second class garbage. I had three of eight multi-LED flashlights came in with one or more dead LEDs. When I told customer service they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Oh well, what do you expect from this kind of business. They're selling the stuff that's too flimsy and cheap to sell overseas - so they import it over hear and heap it on us, but not before making their cut. Companies like this are one step away from being a scam. Avoid like the plague."

They have temporarily shut the site, seems a disgruntled web employee decided to screw things up on the way out. Hopefully will be back soon. "

"Their so called "Guaranteed Shipping" policy is a joke. My order didn't ship until 5 days after the "guaranteed" ship date. Why guarantee something you don't back up. And what happens when you break your guarantee? NOTHING! It is nothing but a hoax to get more customers."

Not only is my order not sent out, but I can clearly see that they are lying by checking the online order tracking, which shows that my order is still inside the warehouse, waiting to be shipped. My order has been in the warehouse for a week, now, and it still has not been shipped. I am currently considering cancelling my order and contacting the Better Business Bearu. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE."
