"Item showed in stock on their website. I ordered the item on the 10th. Three and a half business days later, the 16th, no update has been given on when it will ship. There is no way to contact vendor except by email. Their website says that they ship the same or next day or will contact you promptly. This has not been my experience. It turns out in fact the "in stock" reflected on their website was erroneous. The item was actually backordered. This itself is a problem and the fact that it requred an urgent email to extract this information from them is another. If you are under a time crunch, I wouldn't recommend this vendor. "

"The good: great prices, items arrived quickly, reasonable shipping costs, fairly friendly people.

The bad: $15 MINIMUM restocking fee for all items, maybe higher for some high end items. This means you better know what you're purchasing. I bought an s-video cable for $20, and they wanted to charge me $15 to restock it. They don't stock anything, they're merely middlemen for the manufacturer.

Bottom line: if you KNOW it's what you need, go for it, otherwise, don't bother."
