"This was my first purchase from AVADirect. My order started out to be an out of stock. They let me know ahead of time in case I wanted to cancel. They restocked the item quickly and had it processed and out a couple of days earlier than expected. The entire process took less than a week. I will definitely use AVADirect again."

"I was looking around at a few different sites for a new custom built computer and most of them I heard bad things about. I found AVADirect and liked what I saw on the website. I had a lot of choices to pick and I'm not even talking about when I pick my parts. Even before that they have a big selection of computers to start with. Then begins the customization with the parts. There were so many choices it wasn't hard to find what I wanted/needed. After I went through everything and finished my order I waited until Monday to hear from them since they don't work weekends. That Monday I got a message telling me what problems they saw with my order and gave me suggestions to fix it. They were very helpful through the whole thing. After about 3-4 weeks I got my computer and even though I hated to wait that long it was very worth it. They did a very good job with it. They packaged it very well and nothing was wrong with it at all, nothing loose or broken. I highly recommend AVA if you're looking for a new computer."

"Excellent website and handling of the order and shipping process. The computer desktop arrived when promised, once all the testing and re-testing were done. I have not had a single problem with the desktop so far. I would fefinitely recommend AVA Direct to any one, in fact, I already have.

"In September of 2008 I received the gaming computer I'm using right now from AVA Direct. It still runs perfect even though some of the games that have been recently released are a bit much for the rig, mainly a hardware upgrade issue but nothing to do with the quality of construction. This system has been nothing but stable and only recently have I had any issues with any games, one being SW:TOR but that game is badly optimized so I run on low settings and it's fine.

The customer service before and after my purchase was excellent, example: I had ordered black tubing upgrade for the wiring in my rig, when I received my computer I noticed there was only the webbed see-through tubing which is not what I had ordered. I called AVA and a rep looked up my system (I think they kept a photo of my completed system on file) and confirmed I had ordered the upgraded tubing but I did not have them installed. I got a refund for the difference of what I had paid for the tubing with zero hassle. This guy did not even hesitate to help me out. That's the way it's supposed to be.

Now nearly 4 years later, I'm ready to upgrade my system and I will be coming back to AVA without a second thought. I've not even had to reinstall my OS or format my HD...not once in 4 years nor have I even moved it, it's sitting right where I put it in 2008. I've built my own computers and I've purchased rigs from the likes of Alienware and Falcon Northwest but for my money, it's AVA Direct from now on.

"LOVE IT! Okay so I been helping my mom buy our new family PC for about the last month I have been researching it going from company to company checking things out talking to the reps and checking prices.And I gotta tell you AVADirect is the way to go!A lot of the other companies that where more expensive even seemed annoyed to answer my questions and took forever to do so when they did finally answer them sometimes I was just ignored. Now I know the people that are building these PC's are pro at everything with computers so my newb questions can get annoying or sound stupid to them but they arent stupid to me and AVADirect never made me feel that way :) they answered everything and quickly they helped me make right build for me rather than just try to upsell me to more expensive stuff. I was responded to right away and am still in contact with them as my order is still being processed. They have excelent prices and WOW the customer service is awesome I am VERY glad I chose to go with this company.Joe Mundy has been very helpful and quick to respond threw the building process and helped with a lot of questions and issues. Since a computer is a such a big purchase I am very glad I chose this company and cant wait until my order is finished processing and my computer arrives... I will update this when it does but from what my experience is so far I am fairly certain it will be just more good. :)"

"This was the second game computer I have purchased from AVA. Both computers are very fast and stuffed with several gigs of memory. I use them as office computers and they run 24/7 all year long. I like to pick the components that go into my computers and have them configure and test them out before I get them. I am a very satisfied customer.

I though that I had an issue with not receiving part of my order however it turned out that the put my extra components in the Motherboard box and I missed looking in side that little box. Customer support pointed me in the right direction.

I will certainly order an future computers from AVADirect.

By the way, they over clock the CPU to make it run extra fast."

"A very pleasant experience overall. I am a member of the 3D animation industry, and I was in the market for a high-end, fully customized computer system that was also reasonably priced. A few of my friends and co-workers had previously ordered from AVA Direct and fully endorsed the company. After reviewing their website and seeing the wide variety of parts and services they had available, I knew that they were exactly the company that I was looking for.

Their online support system is fantastic. I was able to easily get ahold of Joe Mundy through the AVA Direct forums and he field all of my questions regarding costs and the acquisition of specific parts. The helpful service and accounting staff led by Asya Sonis helped guide me through any hang-ups in the processing of my order. My computer came in excellent shape and the processing time was quick consiering it was an entirely custom project. Finally, after receiving my rig, the technical support team is available to answer any questions that arise, both over the phone and through email. Vedran Ikonic was intrumental in helping me adjust my overclocking settings after a hiccup. The system works beyond my expectations and the staff was extremely helpful and made my experience a great one.

"Just received my Silent computer designed by Joseph for me to run Photoshop. It is simply awesome!!! It loads PS in about 3 seconds which is terrific. I have to say that Joseph has been so very easy to communicate with and always right back to me when I had a question. I can only say that they have really got product and service down to a science. I'll never buy another computer for myself anywhere else. "

"Enjoyed doing business w/ avadirect. Built exactly what I wanted, was done in a reasonable amount of time, packaged and shipped before I expected. Ran smooth, no problems, very clean assembly. I have 2 other friends who've used avadirect before me, recommending that they are your go to source for a great build. I plan to spread the word. Keep up the great job! "
