"We received the computer and I must say I am impressed. The assembly and meticulous attention to detail is amazing. I do not know how it could have been any better. The performance of this system is unbelievable and I hope that the dependability is as good as the first impression. My hat is off to you all and I will definitely return for our computer needs. "I bought a couple of workstations from AVA Direct recently and support from sales department was great. Given that I'm from Mexico City, we had to coordinate the shipping to a specific location where I could pick them up in a specific time frame.

They also helped me to choose the best option in terms of performance/price since I wouldn't be allowed to import the workstations if the price range was over certain limit.

Finally, the packages were perfect even after flying back (no breakage or damage).

I definitely recommend AVA Direct.

"Endless customization options, every major brand and newest and latest parts available. Great build quality, the inside of my pc is flawless, they've done a beautiful job running cables. When comparing same build on other major pc boutique websites averaged anywhere from 20%-30% more for same build"

"I had many questions about my specific order, and guys from AVA costumer survey responded to them all and I actually learned a thing or two from their tech guy..
Also I like the fact that they have called me to confirm all the details just in case it was someone else trying to use my card.. Made me feel as they really care personally for my satisfaction.
All in all,
I will definitely make my next purchase of electronics product with AVA Direct

"It was my first order from AVADirect and I couldn't have been more pleased. The personalized service I received was outstanding. Joseph took the time to understand our business needs and helped with determining what components made sense. The units wiring was top notch. The packaging (included serial numbers, accessories, etc.) were all nicely done and stored securely in the motherboard box. We will be placing all future orders through AVADirect. Super company. "

"I purchased a custom laptop from AVADirect and I couldn't be more pleased. I've been using it for 3 months now and had no issues what-so-ever. I will advise you to be prepared to wait for your order to ship if you build a custom machine. After they order parts and assemble everything, they run it through a series of tests to make sure it's all working correctly. This can take some time, 3 to 4 weeks or more. For me, this was not a problem and I actually see it as a positive. I want all the bugs worked out when I get my computer. But, if you are in a rush for a new computer, you may want to look at the "stock" machines they offer. "

"I have made three purchases from AVADirect. First a HTPC, then a mini tower desktop and finally a 15.6 inch laptop. Was completely satisfied with each purchase. Many choices for your custom build. A real quality product. The laptop was a quick ship model and ship within a week. I looked at other websites for a laptop and some wanted $$$ for a no dead pixel guarantee well I got no dead pixels for no extra $$$."

"After using the laptop a little over a week I can say it's the best laptop I've ever owned. Outstanding customer service, great processing and shipping times, many more customization choices than on other websites makes me want to do business with them in the future. A very satisfied customer!"

"I have never been more impressed with a company. The amount of communication I received from AVA direct during my ordering / building process was staggering. Their engineers were very friendly in a real way (not this call script you encounter now a days), and they offered great advice on system components. The whole ordering process was pretty simple and very easy.

Then, I get my PC and my processor goes bad after about two weeks. Sadly computer components are not perfect; we should all know this. Even building a PC yourself from scratch, there is a good chance you will like need to RMA at least one part.

Needless to say, I was still pretty upset. When I called AVA direct support however, I worked with amazing people who were able to help me troubleshoot the system. I can't express how impressed I was with the service that I received over the phone. It was determined that my processor was bad, however I didn't feel up to replacing it myself - not a problem, I shipped my PC back and they began the repairs.

During this whole process I was in communication with AVA-Direct's splendid support staff. They let me know when my PC arrived, when it was being worked on, what they thought / found the issue to be, etc. It was all very nice, and like I said before, it wasn't scripted at all. I gave me this small town feel, of people who really cared about their jobs.

Overall I was very impressed with the whole process and am very impressed with AVA-Direct. If you're looking to get a custom gaming PC, or otherwise, you really can't go wrong.

"I had been searching the web for a hard-to-find component, and having no luck. (It was an adapter bracket for a motherboard-based gameport header, which is not very common, these days.) But AVADirect had exactly what I needed, and the price was very reasonable! They turned out to be very easy to deal with, and my part arrived very quickly. I'll definitely use AVADirect for future purchases."

"I primarily bought from AVA direct because they had a part I was unable to find anywhere else. The part was very reasonably priced, a white bezel for a LiteON drive, and packaged very well when it arrived. AVA direct provided frequent updates on my order through all stages to keep me informed of the status."

"This is my second computer from AVAdirect, and I am extremely pleased with the end result. I chose AVA based on a review in MaximumPC for a laptop about two years ago. I am now a return customer and have purchased a desktop system from them. Very few other sites, if any, offer the wide range of parts and choices. When building the PC, they were quick to respond with communications and work through a problem caused by a bad piece of hardware. When it's time to replace the notebook in a few years, this is where I'll be buying from. "

"I was looking for a new system so I started to research places that build them. After reading many reviews, I decided to go with AVADirect. I spent some time on their forums first and coming up with a build and discussing it there. It was great, got good feedback.

After placing my order, I was extrememly pleased with the customer service. They have a message board connected to your specific order. I asked many questions, and in the process was even able to add a solid state drive to my order with no problems. When all was said and done, there were 33 messages back and forth between myself and Joe Mundy. He answered every question I had, typically within minutes of asking.

I placed my order on March 28th and received it on April 13th. It was packed very carefully and safely and was a breeze to set up. Everything worked perfectly. They had the OS setup on the SSD and had zero bloatware on it. Nothing. They included all of their testing logs which was a nice touch.

I was understandably nervous with such a large purchase but after dealing with AVADirect they will certainly have my business in the future."
