Bought an item from ATS and had it within a week. I bought it due to their price. After I ordered the item but before it was delivered I had concerns that this may not be what I need and they helped me find out if this item is compatible with my system. Very helpful. Dealt with Carol and was very pleased. Would purchase from them again.

rude customer service, not helpful, hung up on me after I tried to get a tracking number for my package. It is now Jan 31, 2008 and I have yet to receive the merchandise. Do Not Order from them. If item is not received next week, I'm disputing charge with credit card company.

Fast shipping, decent price. Would do business again.

I ordered a Griffin product on May 24 that their website said was in stock and would ship immediately.  
After not receiving it and many calls where they claimed it had been shipped, it finally arrived on June 11, shipped by Purolator on June 8.  
 
Now here's the kicker ....  
The online total was $72.84 including taxes and shipping.  
My VISA statement just arrived showing a charge of $84.25 !!!

Very pleased with the service given and would buy fron them again. I ordered on Thursday and had my items on Friday! I was shocked and very happy.

Excellent price, very fast shipping, great transaction overall.
