The carrier as well as us tried to contact you several times. There was never an answered call. The item was then returned to us.
The item (at no charge) was resent to you via regular mail, so that a signature wasn't required. Considering the fact that the item shipped from Canada, went through customs 3 times, once there, on the return and then once again on it's way back, the item arrived within a reasonable time frame. Had the item been able to be delivered when it was first sent, it would have arrived in 4 business days.
Again, we are sorry you are unhappy. If you would like to call in, we can credit you the shipping even though the reason for the delay was out of hands.

I ordered a Toshiba touchscreen tablet and a hard to find Peerless mount for the tablet so I can mount it to my desk. The sales person when I called was very helpful and confirmed that the item would work with the item. I had called a couple of other store and they didn\u0027t know if it would work. The sales person took the time to get the dimensions of the tablet and open the mount and confirm that it would fit, which made me very happy. I thought about the purchase for a couple of days and when I called back I asked for the same sales person and he remembered our conversation and took the order for me on the phone. The order went off without a hitch and was delivered to me in Indiana in 3 days. I am very satisfied with their service. They told me that I should send my brand new notebook to a Lenovo service center to get my wireless network card replaced. Not happy. <br><br>I called ATS and explained the situation. The representative was empathetic and to my surprise offered a solution which deviated from the standard manufacturer response. The ATS rep told me that he would see what he could do to help coordinate an exchange with the manufacturer for a brand new unit. I was given the heads up that this would require special authorization from the manufacturer and if rejected would be offered a full refund on my notebook. Process took 3 business days, was kept posted everyday and am now writing this review on my brand new notebook. <br><br>I have dealt with many resellers in the past and I can tell from experience that this is a reseller that cares. From a transactional and pre-sales standpoint they were very courteous which is to be expected. It is the post support that amazed me after my money was taken.
