posted Dec-29-2009 “Warranty on the ASUS Notebook is provided by the manufacturer (ASUS) for 2 years from date of purchase. ATIC is not an authorized service provider for ASUS (There are none, ASUS handles it all internally), so we are unable to service the notebook.
As stated below in your complaint, ASUS has repaired and replaced the notebook, which is what is required under warranty.
The simple fact is, the notebook has been serviced twice and replaced twice. It has broken a total of four times within a six-month period. We had gone out of our way to attempt to assist you in regards to this, spending several hours free of charge to attempt to diagnose the problem, and attempt to assist you in getting warranty servicing, but your insistence that ATIC is somehow at fault for this leaves me with a bitter taste in my mouth.
Please contact the manufacturer in regards to this issue, and do not contact ATIC, as we can bear no responsibility for their or your ability to have your merchandise work.”

They sent me a different casefan than the one I ordered but it was simalar if not better.
