"I requested a return and got a response initially with a request of part/model number of CPU. After I provided the information, this company completely dissappear and no way you can reach to them. This online store (that only has as communication channel an email address) leaves too much to be desired... it is like buying completely blind without any security feeling... and as a customer that I am, I didn't feel safe about where i was putting my money becuase they don't have a PHONE number o phisical address. In adittion in its website, the "Live Chat" is alwaya closed 24x7.
My recomendation to allpcdeals... is that they have to place more options to give to their customers more and better feeling of security to make bussines.
oh, i almost forget it, they billed to my credit card an out of stock item that was in my order... so i have a store credit :) by 149 $... I'm gonna use it to buy another couples of products... bet it.

"Excelent service, my first order with this store but I've already added it to my favorites list. The item arrived really fast to my courier in Miami, I havent received yet because im in Venezuela. Im supposed to receive it by 9/17/07. But I dont have any complain about the store. Thanks, I`ll order again soon"

Two days after making the order with AllPCDeals.com, they've asked me to send my ID and Credit Card copy via E-mail?!
Nothing like this was mentioned before I placed the order.
After stating that I would like to speak to a live representative in order to send them my private informations, they have cancelled my order and didn't respond to my e-mail.
Further more, even as they cancelled the order, the funds on my Credit Card are still being withheld."
