"Terrible service. First of all, the time it takes for the processing and prepping your laptop are not at all accurate, I've been waiting for my laptop for 9 shipping days and it still hasn't been sent to me yet.
They refuse to work with you if you have a problem, they tell you that "It's not their problem" and try to hang up on you. Then when you ask how it's not their problem they'll tell you that they don't actually touch the laptops, they just order them on your behalf from Asus, MSI, or Sager, but they offer their own warranties? They use a Hayward CA phone number, but I think it's a Chinese reseller since no one that I've reached has been able to speak without heavy accent or write in proper English. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional outfit. Do not buy from them!"
