I was also very happy with Rochelle whom I spoke with using their LiveChat feature of their website when I had not received the pads. I was disappointed that I needed to contact customer service in order to find that the pads I needed had been back ordered. I feel this is something that should have either been emailed to me or a phone call been given so I wouldn't have had to investigate myself.
