"I was extremely impressed with the speed and competency of AED.com's service via the chat function on their website. I was on their website trying to search up the product I needed quoted, and the chat box just popped up and "Blake@AED.com" was right there and gave me the contact information I needed to get a quotation! "This was my third time making a purchase through DXE Medical for our AED units. Through staff changes, name changes and everything else changing - the level of customer service remains outstanding. Responses are prompt. The information complete. They ask questions you don't think to ask yourself. It's a great resource to have available! I'll be back whenever we need to purchase any more AED's."
