"Ordered product and waited two weeks. I called to find out where the order was and told it would ship in the next two days.Waited two days and sent a e-mail concerning the problem.Received reply saying that they could not ship to a address that was different from my billing address. They suggested that I change my billing address to the shipping address provided. Still waiting!"

"Their prices are the best I could find, free shipping, and a good selection. However, their customer service leaves some to be desired. I placed my order, and (after the rest shipped) I was informed that one item was backordered. Initially, I was told it would ship within days. When I e-mailed them a week later, I got a response the next day with a tracking number and a promise to ship the next day. A week later, I checked the tracking, and it hadn't been picked up yet. Another e-mail, another day waiting for a response, then a message saying it would be another week, and suggesting I cancel the order. I did, and am now waiting on the part from another supplier."

"Liars, outright Liars. I ordered a product. They shipped the wrong one. I asked them to sedn out a pickup notice. they asked me to drive it to a FEd-EX pick up depot. I said no. The sent out a pickup order and said they (a manager) would send my product out immediately. LIE!! It's taken over two weeks and I finally got a e-mail saying they have shipped the product. THESE guys suck. THEY OUTRIGHT LIE. Don't do business with them. They don't have the customer's interests as a priority. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. i ordered my product on the 3rd of March. Today is the 27th and I still don't have it."

"I was a little bit concerned with paying over $4k over the internet for an ac system but everything went just like they said and I ended up saving almost $2k from what I had been quoted by my local contractors. Do your research though just as I did cause you will find that not all the web based companies are as well run as acwholesalers. I had to do a warranty on one of the indoor units due to my installer burning the board and they sent it out free of charge, from what ive read online most of the internet companies dont stand behind their product but acwholesalers did. Thank you acwholesalers!!!"

"Just writing to advise that I had a good experience utilizing ACWholesalers to purchase a complete air conditioning system. Prior to my purchase, I spoke with their customer service in regard to meeting warranty requirements etc. The order was handled in a timely manner with quick shipping. I had to return a thermostat that was not compatable with my furnace (my oversite) and that was handled very smoothly. "
