"I ordered 15 inkjet cartridges for my laptop, from ABCink, when I received the order 2 of the cartridges had a "use before" date on them that was 2 months prior to me receiving them and 7 of them expired in just 4 months. I emailed the company, about the problem and they sent email back saying they would check with their manufacture (for what the date is printed on the cartridge) and they would get back to me, they never have, and they haven't responded to 2 other emails I've sent them in a 2 week period. I went ahead and tried to use the cartridges that weren't expired and they don't work (I went to Staples and bought a Canon cartridge and I works fine, so its not the printer or the printhead). Stay away from this company if you really want to save money."

"Guys, stay away from this company. This company is a rip off. I ordered 2 spindles of Printable DVD-R from their site. One half of each spindle was damaged. The DVD-Rs were already burned. I was able to see the burn image on the media. I would never purchase anything from them for sure. "

"I love Abcink.com for it always have all kinds of inks that i need also the lowest prices. If i have any questions, the customer services always replys me promptly and effeciently. I have done business with them for years!! And now i give a thumb to this store. Thanks, Abcink.com"

"I read the reviews here before my order, but I decided to take a chance with ABCink. They have great sales on ink and I bought 7-pack of Ridisc ink packs. I read the reviews and Ridisc ink is highly rated replacement. I took the free shipping options, expected a two-weeks shipment, but I was pleasantly surprised, I got the package after only 4 days!
The package included my order, plus free photo paper (which was not clear from the site whether I should get these or not) and a cleaning kit bonus.
So overall I am very satisfied. The only bad thing I can say about ABCink is that the expiration date on the packages is pretty close, meaning, these units are sitting in storage for a while (maybe this is why they are on sale...) but if you are going to use them in the next 6 months or so you should be ok. I will report how they print when I try them, but right now I am pretty happy with the price, product and shipping.

Turns out I ordered the wrong ink. I contacted customer support for replacement. I had to pay the shipping and restocking fee (15%) but considering this was my mistake, I am not unhappy. ABCink were responsive via emails (thanks Carol!) and they always respond within 24hrs. The new ink were sent promptly again arrived at my door 4 days after my order! so this quick shipment was not a one-time thing. The new ink works perfectly and only the labels are not printed as nicely as the original Epson ink :) I recommend this store to anybody who don't expect a red-carpet type of service, but can do with reasonable prices and service."

"ABCink is the same company as Meritline which has terrible service. I have ordered a couple times from them and the only good thing you can say about them is they are cheap in price. I ordered compatible Canon Inkjet cartridges that were no good and leaked all over my printer. Some were only half full of ink. They sent me replacements and they were bad too. Finally I wanted a refund after trying to make it right. They wanted to charge me for shipping back the bad cartridges they sent me. I just bought a couple cartridges from ABCink and the shipping and processing is horribly slow. It took them 3 days to even ship my order. Communication with them is useless they don't answer emails and can never give you a delivery date. They sell cheap cartridges of inferior quality that may or may not work. Their customer service is horrible. Why would anyone buy from these people? Unfortunately I didn't know ABCink was the same as Meritline until after I placed my small order. We will see if they get it right this time since it's impossible to cancel an order. Do not buy from these people to save a couple bucks you will be sorry!!!!!"

"I ordered some ink cartridges for my epson 750; the price was CHEAP and free shipping. Ordered on Sunday, got them on Tuesday. The ink seems to work fine; printed some photos and was quite satisfied. I'm ordering more."

"Had ordered from ABCink before. Never a problem. This time (order no. A198231) we pre-ordered compatible cartridges. Sometime later, when we needed them, they were not recognized by our printer. Emailing ABCink.com, we were given a RMA. Once the merchandise was returned, ABC ink immediately gave us credit to be used at Meritline.com. See our excellent store rating for Meritline. Customer Service at ABCink.com was excellent!

"This company has the worst business model ever. I received my order in a copule of weeks but one of the ink cartridges was defective. ABC Ink says that the customer must pay to ship the defective cartridge back. I talked to customer service and the lady agreed to let me use the prepaid envelope used to return empty ink cartridges (sent to same address). The RMA was clearly written on the pkg, now ABC Ink says they never got the package and tells me I am at fault for not tracking the package. Bottom line. If you get a faulty cartridge, you will have to pay to make it right. ABC INK won't pay for their defective product. You must. Don't count on this company. They had horrible customer service and will not replace anything they claim was lost in the mail. Be aware! If you get your item and it works..great. If not you get screwed."

- shipped within 1 business day
- arrived well packaged and in excellent condition
- item count and type were correct (commendable due to the variety of bulk-order options they offer)

Have not had to return any items or contact customer service.

Their web site could use some improvement in tracking order history."

"Unsatisfied indeed! I received the cartrdiges in about a week, and have still yet to be able to use them. My printer won't recognized them as being compatible.... A lot of money for nothing apparently. I try to contact them with the contact info given but I can't get through on their phone lines and e-mails keep coming back to me... It look like I have been had..."
