We only received an email correspondence from the customer and we reply back to have the customer retry again and contact customer care or fill out online RMA if it still does not function properly. Customer never contacted us so we assumed that everything was in order.”
"I ordered 15 inkjet cartridges for my laptop, from ABCink, when I received the order 2 of the cartridges had a "use before" date on them that was 2 months prior to me receiving them and 7 of them expired in just 4 months. I emailed the company, about the problem and they sent email back saying they would check with their manufacture (for what the date is printed on the cartridge) and they would get back to me, they never have, and they haven't responded to 2 other emails I've sent them in a 2 week period. I went ahead and tried to use the cartridges that weren't expired and they don't work (I went to Staples and bought a Canon cartridge and I works fine, so its not the printer or the printhead). Stay away from this company if you really want to save money."
