"I ordered twice from ABC Distributing and while I agree that their shipping rates are inflated, the products I purchased were great. I bought the cassette to digital transfer player. I ordered 4 for family members with old cassette tapes they wanted to digitize. The transfer machines really work very well! I am happy with my purchase. But generally, if you order from a discount company like ABC thinking you are going to get the Taj Mahal for nothing, don't be angry at the company. They are in business to make a profit. They and you will have hits and misses with products. This one was a hit for me."

"Ordered the chocolate fountain. Great price. Only used it once, though, and it melted inside and won't work now. Working on getting a refund but it looks like the policy is to return it and since the product was only 15$, $10now, and we payed 5 to ship it here and another 5 to send it back, it probably doesn't make since to return it. Pretty disappointed as it was a christmas present."

"I had placed a couple of orders with them nothing special their shipping is a little high. But 2 days ago I placed an order and their system keeping telling me it didn't go thru. A little while late no problem until I looked at my bank acccount they charged me 3 times for the purchase I have tried calling them and 3 emails, which they don't anaswer. NEVER EVER do business with this company. They have no idea what customer service is at all "

" I ordered several items from ABC Distributing as gifts and then read the reviews so needless to say I was a bit worried about the outcome. Well, I shouldn't have been. The items arrived in a timely manner (actually rather quickly seeing that they were ordered during the holiday season), at a reasonable shipping cost, were packaged well and exactly as advertised. I am really happy with my experience with this company and would order from them again. "

"This is the first time I have ever ordered from ABC distributing. I was very pleased with the merchandise I recieved yesterday. I got all the items for great prices considering that Marilyn Monroe memorbilia can be very expensive. They were exactly was I had hoped for. There are only 2 problems I have experienced with my first order. I ordered 6 items total and recieved only 4 of them on 12/11/2010 and did not recieve an e-mail until today stating my other 2 items were shipped seperate. Also the way the merchandise was shipped was not at all what you would expect. There was a dirty dust mask in the box along with some plastic that looked like it could be trash and the items themselves were in very bad packaging. I purchased the things for Christmas gifts and I most definitley cannot wrap them in their original packaging which is kind of discouraging because two of the items are glass. Overall, ABC has a good selection on merchandise at good prices but the "shipping" department could use a little help!!!"

"I bought a purse from ABC Distributing. It was described as a genuine leather purse: "Soft and supple genuine leather". Once the purse arrived it was no more than a cheap looking polyurethane crap with a strong vinyl smell. The only thing made from genuine leather was a hanging down tag attached to top of the purse. ABC Distributing are bunch of liars. They not only rip you off with shipping costs, but also completely misrepresent the products they sell. Fraudulent company and bad quality products! Save you time, money and nerves by not doing any business with them!"

"The original order was missing an item, a Barnyard Star, however I was still billed for it. After many E-Mails, and mail correspondence advising LTD that the item was missing from the order and to credit my account, I am still receiving a bill for the missing item. I refuse to spend any time holding on the phone for a Customer Service Representative as I feel that LTD should have already received my complaints. I can't believe that this is still going on, I don't know what it takes for LTD to understand that my account needs credited for the missing merchandise. I do not order from this company any more as they obviously do not care about "customer service". "

"I have ordered from this company a lot in the past 10 years. I am very selective on what I order. I have learned not to order any furniture items. They always require assembly and they seldom have all of the hardware. I dont order clothing from them either because the sizes run small and the material is usually thin. I do order toys, books, DVD's, gift bags, framed pictures, blankets and kitchen stuff. I dont call them when I need customer service, I e-mail them through the site. I never pay for my items until I receive them. As far as returns, they usually include a return label so you dont have to pay shipping to return it."

"Without a doubt,this is the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with! I have placed 4 orders with them. Two of the orders were fine and the other two came addressed to the attention of my neighbor 2 houses away. I have contacted customer service more times than I have placed orders telling them to correct this and they do absolutely nothing about it. Just yesterday my neighbor called me to tell me that something I ordered weeks ago is out of stock. How did he know? He received a postcard from ABC! Our names are in no way similar; yet because we live on the same street our 2 accounts are tangled in their system. I wouldn't advise anyone to become a customer of theirs because if they already have a customer on your street (as happened in my case) your account will be confused with that other one they already have and they will never straighten it out no matter how many times you explain their mistake to them. Customer service? Forget it! There is none! What a messed up company! Save yourself the aggravation and buy elsewhere!!"

"I placed my order on October 29 2009, it was for their mp4 player that was going to be a Christmas gift for my wife. Shortly after i received my order conformation and it stated that my card was being charged and everything was good.

A few days later i was checking my order status and it said the the item was on back order and was due to arrive with them on November 30. So i waited and when the date came around i called them.

After waiting on the phone for just over an hour (no lie) i got through and spoke to a customer service rep, I had them double check everything to make sure all was good and that i would still recieve the item buy Christmas. I was re-assured that it would arrive and i would get the item in time.

Today (Dec 4 2009)i check the status again and it says the there is a problem, so i called them. They tell me that the item has arrived and is ready to ship, but they can't ship because there is not enough credit on my card. I was lead to belive that my card had already been charged and that the transaction had gone through. I received nothing to tell me that my card had not been charged at all.

So now i am not getting my item that i have been waiting for for over a month and i am really upset.

I feel that this company is really miss leading and i advise you not to order from them at all. I will never order from these people again...EVER!
