"Very satisifed.

There was a little hick-up, but that was because I accidently entered an invalid email address. And my contacts prescription is so severe they wanted to verify that it was correct before they shipped. Once I got back in touch with them and cleared up the email snafu, they shipped them out immediately, and I received them shortly thereafter.

I look forward to purchasing more contacts from them in the future."

"The contacts are coming from Singapore! It never states that anywhere on the site!! I'll be doing good to have the contacts I needed immediately in 6 months!! They deceive you by not stating this! Do NOT order from them!!"

" Ordered on 4/8/2008 I ordered Focus Toric monthly contacts that have to be special ordered and made! Order was shipped out of Singapore on the 11th delivered on 4/21/2008 cannot beat the price and was quite fast from Singapore to Mississippi.

"Ordered focus dailies toric on Sep 1st. Received it today. Not bad at all considering it is shipping from Singapore and that Toric lenses may take extra time to order. Before I placed the order I didn't feel quite comfortable ordering from singapore so had some email communications with the store and they are very responsive. I will definitely recommend and would like to order more from them. "

"i ordered contacts from the company about 10 days ago and rec'd them couple days ago. faster than i expected but the quality was poor. the contacts do not stay on the iris and keeps on slipping down, causing me to have keep on blinking and my eyes are now red. the expiration on the box says 2013 and i did made sure that i had put them in correctly. I have been wearing contacts for over 8 years and this has never happened. THe company emphasized that only UNOPENED merchandise could be returned/exchanged. i guess i just threw money down the toilet. very disappointed. those that are thinking to order, i suggest doing a little bit more homework and research."

"This is the first time I've ordered from this company and it was a pleasure ! I ordered contact lenses but at a fraction of the cost that I would normally pay locally. Customer service was great and kept me updated each step of the way. I received my package in eight business days which was great. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

Update 11-6-09 : I ordered the same lens as before on Oct 21 and after a few days they still hadn't been shipped so I checked the status and at that time they shipped them (Oct. 27). I finally go them today after a total of 16 days. Not nearly as fast as previous order but still okay. I'll probably order through them again since prescription not required and prices are cheap. Hopefully their customer service will be up to par in the future."

"I began to sweat, because aalens.com email communications were sort of odd; after researching the source as Singapore, I feared I was being SCAMmed! BUT!--the package arrived 8 days after they confirmed sending and 10 days after my internet order...even though I live on the remote Oregon coast. Product was perfect; gift included as promised. Seems as if international customs checked package, but everything intact otherwise. Would order from aalens again. Can't beat the cost and shipping. "

"This was the cheapest place I found my contacts at. I saved 40 dollars compared to if I had bought them at the mall. They even put 2 free contacts in the box and a metal box to store the contacts in! The only bad thing about them was the shipping took two weeks"
